Delicious vegan food. The truffle mac ‘n’ cheez (we ordered it with the crispy no-chick’n on top, which was excellent), the spicy buffalo cauliflower, and the “dirty fries” (I’d never had fries with pickled onions as a topping, and it was soooooo good), the amazing “Lullaby” cocktail with rye, Fernet, and chai — all spectacular. We loved it.
The food was so flavorful and will be one I remember for a long time. We ordered the dirty fries, spring spaghetti, and truffle Mac. For dessert, their flourless chocolate torte won me over.
SOOOOO delicious. I got the spring spaghetti and my boyfriend got the Korean chicken sandwich. We both loved what we got!
Good for vegan

Love this place. A small menu but good choices and excellent food. The drinks were also very delicious. My non-vegan family also very much enjoys this place.
This place is usually very good but lately the fries have been inedible and the burger I DoorDashed last night was burnt, cold, and just plain bad (Jalapeno Mushroom). Not sure if something is different but it’s too expensive for the food to be so hit and miss.
We got the truffle Mac with the crispy not chicken and the impossible mushroom jalapeño burger with dirty fries. Just us and another table. Tbh it was uninspired. The burger was good as impossible burgers are-the fries were cold. But the Mac was the big bummer…..it was basically the Mac with so little cheese it felt dry in your mouth. And the crispy chicken has zero flavor. So we were kind of bummed. Their homemade hibiscus soda was great tho! We prob will not go back unless it’s the only choice available.

Everything hit the spot and the home made sodas were packed with flavor from natural ingredients instead of syrups.

Excellent food, great service, and pleasant atmosphere. Will definitely return when visiting Spokane. Wishing Dianna good travels as she heads back up to Alaska.

Traveling through Spokane and stopped at RÜT. Sadly the first thing the waitress said, as she explained the menu, was that her two favorite items were sold out. Luckily there other items are great. As you might have noticed from my title, I ordered the White Bean Queso Dip and immediately burned my tongue (a two-day burn) it was way hotter than you should ever serve any kind of food in a restaurant. I told the waitress but she didn't seem to comprehend. After it cooled down it was delicious. I also ordered the CRISPY NOT-CHICKEN SANDWICH, usually not what I would order but with two options off the table it seemed my best choice, and it was gooood. I actually only ate a couple of bites of it at the restaurant, as my tongue was still smarting. I finished it later that night at the hotel and enjoyed every bite. All in all great food, just wished the would have warned me.
Complex flavor profiles that really worked. I especially enjoyed the chick’n Caesar salad. Very friendly and informative staff.
