The enchiladas were nasty, we had the chicken, super dry, the pork slightly less dry, the ground beef had an odd sour taste. Do not order mazzatan enchiladas. Shrimp and crab only taste that fishy if it is old and frozen. The churro with raspberry yummy.
Not what it used to be. Won't be back. Food was terrible and price was ridiculous for a margarita that wasn't good at all.

Came in the night before Thanksgiving a little after 7 pm. No signs posted about closing early NOTHING. So we went in and was told they were closing in 10 minutes. Wouldn't even serve us. I usually love this joint. POST THE HOLIDAY HOURS!

This place has really gone down hill.
This has been my go-to Mexican place for nearly 20 years, but the service and food and not what they used to be. There must be new management. I pad $30(!) for nachos what cost me $15 just two years ago. The service was inattentive as well. Not worth it.

Waited for almost 2 hours for our meal bad customer service
We were a little underwhelmed. Being that there were only three parties in the entire restaurant late in the evening you would think that Service would be quick. After what seemed like an eternity, 30 minutes later, our food did arrive. The food was fresh, but the Service was very mediocre. Very slow service, I’m not sure that we would come back, only because I’d hate to see what it’s like when it’s busy.

Not up to their usual standards. Brought the wrong beer. Ordered black beans instead of refried, but still got refried. We both ordered (different) chicken dishes, both of which should have been mild. The chicken in both dishes was over spiced, to the point I couldn't finish it.
This WAS our go to Mexican restaurant on the South hill, but it's probably time we checked out some others

The jalapeño appetizer finally met my standards of spice. Perfect addition to any entrée.
