I tried to order chow mein to go and my husband picked it up. When I received was nothing like the noodle dish I imagined. When I called to ask about it, the lady explained that it was a “traditional” chow mein and I needed to order their “special” chow mein. As someone who very rarely eats out and the description of the dish I ordered appeared correct, I explained my disappointment. I asked if I could bring back my untouched dish and receive what I thought I ordered, and she very rudely walked me through how I got exactly what I ordered and they wouldn’t be doing anything to make right. I didn’t like the dish I received at all.
