Took my son here for his 16th birthday and Kord and Juan went above and beyond to make him feel special! They sang happy birthday and even brought him out a birthday card signed by the whole staff!! 6-7 Jeff kept the whole table laughing and we had such a great night! Thank you so much!!

We don’t have a Red Lobster back home in Montana so I was really exited to have some seafood! I came on a slow night which was totally Fine with me and found a seat at the bar! I didn’t have to wait to long before I was greeted by Janie. I got a drink and ordered. I thought the salmon was a little overcooked and dry but the rest was wonderful! The Brussel sprouts were absolutely dynamite, and the Lobster and shrimp were cooked perfectly.
However the food wasn’t made this trip special it was Janie! Not only was she super friendly and personal but she shared some things about her life that I can relate to and we were able to have a couple really good conversations about life and success. I’m really glad I came in tonight and if I’m ever back I’ll come back to say hello to Janie and eat some dry Salmon!

If I could give 10 stars to the waitress Janie we had I would. We have eaten here in the past and we have NEVER had a waitress like we had tonight, she went above and beyond with helping our dad who has had a stroke and has dementia, she took time reading and explaining the different food options, very patient, respectful and friendly. When we return in future I will definitely be asking to have her as our waitress. Thank you Janie

The manager is amazing. I had just left the mall and my son has been asking forever to visit red lobster for the first time. I must have left my debit card at the mall and went to pay and it was missing. I was so upset and he was so kind and helpful and kept my son busy while I had someone call and pay my bill. I will always be thankful for his kind demeanor The food was amazing as well!!

Got a dinner from Red Lobster on 2 21 2024. I set in the bar is it was empty. It took 25 minutes to get my salad. When the main dish showed up it was 55 minutes. The steak I had was so tough the steak knife couldn't cut it. I took a small bite it was like chewing leather. I ordered it medium rare. The food suck the service sucks and the price was high. I took it home and gave it to my Husky. I sure will not be returning. . I decided to give it another try. I went in Thursday night to the bar to have dinner. I ordered a 4 oz lobster and a New York steak. THE STEAK WAS BETTER THAN LAST TIME BUT STILL TOUGH. THE LOBSTER WAS MUSHY AND NOT MUCH TASTE. HAD A SIDE SALAD THAT WAS GOOD. THE BREAD WAS GOOD. HAD A COKE NO DESERT. THE BILL CAME TO 60.00 FOR JUST ME BEFORE TIP. WAY OVER PRICED WITH RATING OF C FOR THE FOOD. I GIVE UP OUTBACK HAS BETTER STEAKS BY FAR AND MUCH CHEAPER. (UPDATE) 10-8 2025 7PM Noticed a lot of Red Lobster going out of business. So I decided to give it another try. Have to say wasn't surprised by what I found. Ordered a small steak and lobster that was on the menu. It came with broccoli and baked potato, The bake potato was half the size of a tennis ball round and very small. I have never seen such a small bake potato in a restaurant before, I made a comment to the server. She said wow that is small. The the broccoli was soggy and tasted like it been in grease. I asked for you don't a salad. She say no. I had one glass of pop.So I got one very small potato and soggy broccoli and a 4 oz frozen lobster tail that was cook in a microwave and a 6oz steak was was ok at best. Forty 46.00 and no bread or salad PASS PASS PASS. NEVER AGAIN THAT FOR SURE!!! THE FOOD SUCKS PERIOD PS The server was very polite.
