I was highly disappointed as I went to have dinner with my mom and my two young children. The server Jesse that I have had multiple times before when I have come with friends we had gotten again. Normally he is prompt, fun and it’s an over all good experience. This time he avoided our table, we sat for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. Then waited another 10-15 minutes for him to come back and ask about drinks or food. All while he was serving everybody around us, being very friendly and even getting drinks and orders taken from people who were seated AFTER us all while waiting for us to be seen. The service was very slow. We got no refills. Had to ask multiple times for things and waited forever to get them. Then he had offered apologies and coupons to tables right next to us all while he never said nothing about his poor service toward us. I ended up having to ask other surrounding employees for things like a bag etc. never had service like this from Jesse before and I’m unsure why we received it this go around.

Would like to give a shout out to the cook and our server Austin. The fish and chips were the best my wife and I have ever eaten and our server Austin made us feel right at home. Will be back!

it's not like how it used to be. things seem to be different and hard to explain that. managers would used to come up and see how things were going food look exceptional now it's okay seems like just a typical restaurant. I ordered a jalapeno heat and I've had hotter stuff. did not live up to my expectations 😭

We had a decently sized party for a birthday, and the service was phenomenal!! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful and the service was super quick, thank you everyone!! :))

Service and food was amazing. Our server was great at his job. His name was Isaac and he was on top of our needs gave great service and was friendly. Even made sure my son got a Sunday for his birthday.

Great service, people here are great, awesome food and will eat here for the rest of my life. I recommend getting Issac as your waiter he was great and always seeing how we were doing!
