Stopped in for some items to make my lunch a little bougier, and was not disappointed. Had great service and suggestions from the manager. Got a loaf of crusty french bread, Bourgnon double cream (triple cream? creamy anyway) cheese and some toscana salami. Ate nearly all of the cheese on the bread with some honey, and reached levels of bliss I had not previously experienced. Great atmosphere, great product, great service.

Rind and Wheat - Bakery & Cheese is an absolute treasure in downtown Spokane! This cozy spot has quickly become my favorite destination for all things baked and cheesy.Let's start with the star of the show: the sourdough cinnamon nut roll. Oh my goodness, talk about a slice of heaven! Each bite is a perfect balance of sweet, nutty goodness enveloped in a crispy, tangy sourdough dough that is somehow still light and airy. It's definitely delicious

I try couple of things and for sure it’s really good

Yes it can be expensive... But it’s worth a try…..baking is done right there…. Sometimes right in front of your eyes….. delicious yes….. Or maybe you are just a little hungry and would like to have a little snack…. This is a very interesting place and plus it’s close to where you could drink a cup of wonderful coffee
