We came in for a light beverage and bite to eat. The person who helped us seemed inconvenienced with how long it took us to decide what we wanted, my kids are 10 and 11. I asked for the restroom key and they gave me a huff. I said I left cash at the register and they gave me another inconvenienced sigh. Went they set down our drinks my sons Italian soda had no milk and he set my hot coffee down so carelessly it bounced scalding beverage all over my sons hand and coat, burning him. Then when I said something they were defensive rather than empathetic or sorry. If it were busy I would be more understanding.
And we had to remind him of the cookie we had paid for that they never gave us.

The man taking our order was extremely grumpy and rude. People that aren't hospitable shouldn't be in the hospitality industry! Also, put the chalk board menu back up! Waiting until I get to the grumpy cashier is like to know what I'm ordering so I don't stir his wrath. Wish I could have reversed my tip. Hopefully some of it will go to the cook- my bagel was awesome

I couldn’t recommend this place more! It is absolutely incredible! Must tries are the blueberry cardamom French toast and the brisket hash! But, anything on the menu is amazing! Also, the brunch cocktails can’t be beat! Loved it!
