We took and out-of-town guest to the downtown location. There were 2 other people in the store and the male employee was apparently making their drinks. We came in, browsed the display case for treats and decided on what we wanted. The employee never greeted us or acknowledged us in any way. We were in the store for at least 5 minutes - no "hi", no "I'll be right with you", no eye contact. It was weird. We left.

Very nice place to sit and relax for either 5 minutes or 3 hours. The seats are comfy, wifi is available and there is a clean bathroom. They have some interesting drink options too, I got an icy drink with matcha in it. Upstairs is a credit union, no cafe seating.

First time visiting Rocket Bakery and I had a wonderful experience. I absolutely loved the mural on the wall as well as the long table with the spin out stools that were attached. The scones and hot chocolate were absolutely delicious and the two employees working were incredibly helpful and kind.

Extra charges on food and beverages? Cashier giving herself a tip, won't provide receipt, won't show the charges on the screen. Even if the charges are legitimate, they aren't listed on the menu, and they are always a $1? If you aim to provide an experience where customers feel scammed, congratulations. I won't be coming back.

So I went here the cashier charged me $15.15 for a cup of coffee and a bagel sandwich. Then after paying she told me there was no sandwiches. Instead of refunding my card for the sandwich she charged it again and then got mad that I wanted it fixed. She couldn’t figure out how to fix it and said I guess I’ll just take it from my hard earn tips and then didn’t even give me enough. When I told her it’s not enough she said I’ll just take more from my tips I guess. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.And the coffee was gross but I don’t blame them for that I think I picked a bad flavor since I’m used to white coffee and they didn’t have it here
