We took and out-of-town guest to the downtown location. There were 2 other people in the store and the male employee was apparently making their drinks. We came in, browsed the display case for treats and decided on what we wanted. The employee never greeted us or acknowledged us in any way. We were in the store for at least 5 minutes - no "hi", no "I'll be right with you", no eye contact. It was weird. We left.

Very nice place to sit and relax for either 5 minutes or 3 hours. The seats are comfy, wifi is available and there is a clean bathroom. They have some interesting drink options too, I got an icy drink with matcha in it. Upstairs is a credit union, no cafe seating.
