Extra charges on food and beverages? Cashier giving herself a tip, won't provide receipt, won't show the charges on the screen. Even if the charges are legitimate, they aren't listed on the menu, and they are always a $1? If you aim to provide an experience where customers feel scammed, congratulations. I won't be coming back.

So I went here the cashier charged me $15.15 for a cup of coffee and a bagel sandwich. Then after paying she told me there was no sandwiches. Instead of refunding my card for the sandwich she charged it again and then got mad that I wanted it fixed. She couldn’t figure out how to fix it and said I guess I’ll just take it from my hard earn tips and then didn’t even give me enough. When I told her it’s not enough she said I’ll just take more from my tips I guess. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.And the coffee was gross but I don’t blame them for that I think I picked a bad flavor since I’m used to white coffee and they didn’t have it here

Rocket bakery is a Spokane Icon.. definitely a must if you're downtown or at the Garland District. STCU also has a branch inside the bakery so you can do you banking while you get your coffee.. I. Really like the West the one boy take it set up and hair the chairs swing out. Brings out a bit of childness glee to sit in then and sway back and forth. I can take most of my friends here and we can always touch something to enjoym.

There on Saturday, the two workers were more interested in being on there phones. One other person sitting down and the tables were filthy, I had to wipe the crumbs off the table myself, garbage overflowing. Won't be back to that location.
Meh. London fog was decent. Nothing spectacular. Brownie was absolutely terrible. Went in the trash. Frittata was okay. For this place calling itself a bakery, I was un-impressed. More like a coffee shop with mediocre baked goods. Not likely to go back.
