Honestly one of the most welcoming and cozy coffee shops I have been too. I am not one to frequent a coffee shop, but due to the atmosphere, the always incredibly nice staff, and the great tasting coffee, I keep coming back. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

The Rocket Bakery is one of my all time favorite places for meeting with friends or colleagues, a go-to date spot, and a place to get some work done. I visit this location multiple times a month! The staff is fantastic and the coffee is consistently good. I do wish they had a couple more Gluten Free options but can’t fault them for not.Dietary restrictions: Some Vegan options, 2-3 wheat free options.Parking: Street Parking in front and lot parking behind through alley.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible via front of building to counter but limited seating on lobby level.

Met a friend for coffee. He had a large, cinnamon roll, I had a large breakfast bagel. Food serving sizes were generous, and the taste was excellent. Service was excellent as well, since they brought our food to us, even though “they don’t normally do that.”

I've always been a Starbucks person. I'm not particularly proud of it. It's laziness more than anything. It's too easy to pick the knowb quantity and spend too much for over-roasted coffee in exchange for vitrual "stars".Rocket Bakery is different. It's better. They serve great coffee at a decent price in a quirky, comfy setting with a smile. There's no app. They don't ask you for your email. They trust you'll come back becuase the coffee and the atmosphere is great, not becuase they've hounded you with marketing emails and loyalty discounts.It's a great place to take my kids for a Daddy date or to meet a friend for coffee. It can be a little busy on a Saturday morning but it's worth the wait. The only complaint I have is that they close at 4p. Would be nice to be able to hang out there later in the evening.So, skip the chains and go local! Enjoy the wonderful treats and experiences Rocket Bakery has to offer.Parking: I've never not found a parking space st Rocket Bakery but I've frequently gotten the last spot. There's a small lot out back and some spots along Argonne. It's not clear if you can park in the lot next door.
So I went to to rocket bakery to get some cinnamon rolls on way there by car blows its radiator I buy 2 cinnamon rolls and wait to go get the parts I write a note put it on my car and go get parts I come back to my car towed and the note in neighbors yard I left at 9 rocket bakery called at 930 and my car was picked up at 934 and is charging me 500 dollars to get it out I do not recommend ever going to rocket bakery on Millwood
