We had an issue with our delivery from uber. We received the wrong size pizzas. It was an expensive order and I was frustrated. Kileigh the manager did a wonderful job at listening. She then came up with a solution. It was wonderful and refreshing to have someone make the effort to help and resolve.

My family and I ordered an XL Italian supreme well done. It was barely cooked, wrong size and wrong toppings. So we ordered a second one and ended up receiving 2 small pizzas. Management blamed my Uber driver who only had my delivery. They were rude and I waited for nearly 10 minutes to talk to management. I've had better service from 7-11

Medium 2 top pizza and 2 salad bars 2 sodas ordered. $62 about 3:45 pm Monday 22 No ice in soda machine. Another man complained and they gave him a cold Pepsi bottle. But didn't not fill the ice. Had to ask for lettuce it was soaking wet. Salad bar was in shambles. Pretty slim pickings. The pizza was good but the ham looked like Carl Budding lunch meat my daughter picked it off. Staff was in the back. 2 gals and a guy. No help. Left after half a salad and a few sips of warm Pepsi. Too bad nice place, won't be back

Sadly my large Dessert pizza was in the oven a couple minutes too long for my liking...while flavor was 'okay', the strudel topping was dark and burnt, icing glazed and sticky.
Crew was likewise not pleased so we ended up throwing over half the pie away. š¢

Pizza and salad bar Were clean. and it was a delicious lunch .service was top notch, will definitely come again and share with all my friends.
Had buffet there today and the gentleman working were super polite and helpful. Lots of options were put out. We will be back for that salad bar again!

What a shame. Disastrously run. I called on my way to place an order and was told to hold . Not asked to hold. No answer after 10 minutes so I called back. Again. Told to hold immediately someone picks up. Wait 10 minutes. No answer. I drove there and arrived quicker than getting a response. No one at the front counter. Waited 5 minutes before someone came from the back. Placed my order to-go. Waited 20 minutes after being told it would only take 5-10 minutes. Finally I go up to the counter and was asked āwhat did you order again?ā I apologize, I donāt think your order was picked up in the back. Iāll get it started now.
I hate to blame employees. Whoever owns this or is the manager, you are doing terrible. I love round table pizza but this location is a No.
