I had the bison meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, and asparagus. The lemonade was good. Asparagus was bland. Meatloaf was uneven. Texture was mushy, and flavor was off, one bite was good the next not good at all. I'm a potatoe eater, the worst scalloped potatoes ever, the taste was plainly inedible. Very disappointed. Staff was efficient and atmosphere good. I think they need a cook! Maybe I should have had steak, friends said it was very good.
This place was great! The entree's were phenomenal, the service was fantastic and the atmosphere was different, but fun. The prime rib was delicious. The only thing that I think that needs addressed is the dessert. It was absolutely terrible. We ordered the huckleberry cheesecake and when it came out, it was bit bit surprising considering the restaurant we were in. Had my first Bisson burger today, and it was superb! Stopped in for lunch and had no wait. The decorations were exactly as you would suspect! They have a full bar and plenty of excellent wait staff. Free parking too!
