Peace Pie is gone and my heart is broken.
That said, I do love the vibes of this spot. It's very comfortable and open.
Also, I think the Google listing is confused. Saranac Commons is like an indoor vendor mall, but with permanent businesses. There is no business called 'Saranac Commons' and therefore there is no price range, food, service, etc. that can be appropriately applied to the space as a whole.

We waited over an hour and 10 minutes for our order and the food came out cold. I asked why it took so long and our server said it was due to the truffle fries and they got hit all at once. We were sat before all of the tables around us and they ate and left before our food was served.

Delicious vegan food for those trying to avoid all the meat centralized places to eat. Welcoming staff and beautiful bar atmosphere makes you feel like you are eating at a tavern from the middle ages.
I had the vegan mac & cheese and a potato croquette.

The cinnamon rolls at Boots were excellent! The coffee at Beaker and Burr was delicious.

Coming in from out of town, great spot to eat if you're unsure where to go, this spot is a gonna have to be a must when I come back.
I got the thai pizza, which was really good, though with all the ingredients coming together, it kinda tasted closer to a bahn mi sandwich 🤣
My girlfriend got the chicken caprese sandwich, I got a bite out of it and it was great the chicken was really tender and the sandwich was VERY structurally sound, she also got the mac and cheese for her side which was also good eats too
The food had me stuffed, and normally, I eat pretty good. we had to get boxes for our food, and we were scootering back to our hotel with the and unfortunately I dropped the box of food 🤣
But yeah, it's a great spot, especially if you're coming in out of town. They got something for everyone.

Absolutely bangin Thai Rice Bowl! Very GF/DF/vegetarian/Vegan friendly. I am GF/DF and had a surprising number of options to choose from - including mac&cheese.

This is a good spot to hang out for the afternoon or if you need something quick. The hours of the businesses are very consistent. Boots has been a welcome change to the ever rotating restaurants that have been there in the past that opened when they felt like it. Hatch Coffee has good service but the drip coffee is VERY strong. Cheap refills. Wish Black Label had a small wine selection, but most breweries don't. Peace Pie has nice big sandwiches on fresh bread, and the salads are also very good. They sell pizza by the slice and all their prices are very reasonable. Service is dicey, even on a good day. Sandwiches are so big it's 2 meals for me, and they're only $13. When you catch a fresh pie coming out the pizza is excellent. $5 slices on Tues.
