SAS Coffee (Sleeves & Straws)

Tried the coffee, was not good sadly. The customer service was good one time but the owner or manager seems to be the issue for these lower ratings . Tried to give it another shot and drove there and they were closed for maintenance oddly

I worked here for a short period of time, after leaving, I have not received my paychecks from working here, I have reached out several times to the owner and manager and I have heard nothing back. I do not recommend working here. Hopefully they do the right thing and resolve this issue, all I’m looking for is my pay for the work I put in.

Extremely unprofessional environment. Worker standing right out the stand smoking a cigarette, same worker has been in the stand on the phone arguing with someone. The quality of the drinks are meh.

Let’s not forget the owner posting/tagging an ex co worker and airing out her mental illnesses on Facebook just because the coworker spoke up about their horrible treatment. Read the lower star reviews, they’re not lies. This company is a joke.

Won't be going back here again. Pulled up and said the name for my online order politely and the worker all but threw my order at me while sighing.

It is in a convenient location along a major through fare. It is only a small drive up hut with no seating whatsoever. They lady working there was very nice and there were two other cars in the drive thru. We had black coffee, and it was pretty good, but the breakfast burritos were only so so. They had plenty of eggs but very little vegetables or cheese, so they were kind of dry.

Delicious coffee! Got an iced white chocolate coconut americano and it did not disappoint.

I am a doordasher and I also patronize this establishment as well. I absolutely love the service, a friendly atmosphere and I had the Pumpkin Spice yesterday Wow was it awesome!!!!! You have got to try the pumpkin spice latte with caramel. Oh my gosh it's to die for

I've lived in Washington for over twenty years, so I've been to a lot of coffee shops. Sleeves & Straws is the best I've been to. It's not just because the drinks are always great (they are), and not just because the baristas are great at what they do (they are), it's because it truly feels like they care about you as a customer.

Every time I try something new, they let me try it to see if I like it before I leave. They always chat with me about my day and make me feel welcome. That's something the world could use more of these days, and SAS delivers.

I waited in line like all the other customers. Then simply because I am doordash has me pull over and wait a second time instead of starting my order like any other customer. Their logic is flawed. As I am the one in the rush and technically my customer ordered first. Plus it is slower to pull them over as they now have to take time walking drinks instead of making them. Slower all around. I have started declining these orders as the double wait makes you lose money if you are the delivery driver. Then tell you sorry you double waited and lost money delivering for me.. smh. Avoid Starbucks provides better service.

They give you drinks that the lids are not tight and spill drink all over your vehicle… not to mention a drink carrier that doesn’t hold the drinks at all so I get to hold them stable and get my car sticky all over the place… seriously?
