I’ve heard bad reports from my friends already but decided to try this place out with my son. First of all, half of their menu wasn’t even ready. The asian girl working the front counter wouldn’t even acknowledge me and was on her phone. I kept asking her what the combo deals were and she just continued to ignore me. Then this blonde kid came out of the back and proceeded to actually service me. He was great and apologetic for the bad experience and went above and beyond. For some reason based on these reviews, all of these workers are just plain rude. Train your employees better.

I have "tried" ordering here on DoorDash 10 times since May. Not once has the store accepted the order, no matter the size or time of day. Twice the employees told the dasher they aren't even on DoorDash. I have also tried order for pickup since they won't answer the phone either. Nope. Today I tried both of those options again (why I'm torturing myself, I don't know.. it's more out of curiosity to see if they really operate as a business or not). I gave up and sent my son there personally to order. He arrived at 4pm and there was a sign on the counter saying "lunch break... back in 30 :( Sorry mane." So he walked around for 30 minutes not knowing what time they put that out. Came back and waited almost another 40 minutes. There were 7-8 people standing in line, but the employees were in the back on their phones and one even walked out, ignored the customers and went right back to the back. Finally a guy knocked on the pop machine to get their attention so one of the girls came out. The guy snapped a photo (for proof of their terrible behavior), the girl said "oh hell no" ran to the back then walked across the mall to get security. When security came, she told them the guy called her a b****, when all of the other witnesses confirmed he did not. A Sbarro regional manager showed up and she continued to lie. (Right before the manager walked up, the other girl in the back shut off the TV she was back there watching to pretend like she was working). The manager walked away then the 2 young female employee told everyone they were closed.... This place has horrific customer service. The employees don't want to work, so don't. Several other times at the mall recently my kids wanted pizza, but there were no employees in sight... this explains why. All of them should be fired, but they would need actual management to do that. I've made several complaints to DoorDash and Sbarro corporate office.. and I'll be doing that again now. I will also contact mall management as well. Mall stores are required to be open at all times during mall business hours.

Customer service is absolute trash, employees are rude and disrespectful. One girl (which has already had complaints with pictures taken below with mom commenting and defending trying to save the terrible reviews with a 5 star?) couldn’t handle taking my wife’s order because the menu was confusing and couldn’t handle explaining it and passed her off to the other girl employee stating she couldn’t handle this customer. Other girl had a persons bite marks all over her wrist, tattoo or actual bite marks? Dunno… Unprofessional. The pizza is over priced and terrible, I’ve eaten frozen digiorno pizza that was better. Worked in the mall back in 2009-2012, and the older gentleman that was the manager was great, food was amazing! Loved the baked ziti with the mushroom chicken. Place went downhill after he left. No more mushroom chicken, etc. I won’t ever be back here.

The past Monday night when I went to eat there something did feel right will in the middle of the night I ended up getting massive food poisoning.... I would hope they fallow basic food and health guide lines

Showed up at 530 on a Sunday day and they said they were closed. Full pizzas out and food packed for them . ReallyYou don't need 30 minutes to close down. Asked a and w if they close early and they said usually always. Lol. Sad. Then I asked their name and she wouldn't give it. Weird.

First, the prices are horrific. I ordered through doordash and couldn't believe they want almost $8 for a single slice of pizza! So I avoided that and decided to get the spaghetti. I ordered the LARGE spaghetti and spent almost $20 on it to find out its barely bigger than my PC mouse! Also the guy behind the counter apparently tried to get the doordash driver to pay for it because something was wrong with their doordash app. Finally, the delivery took forever because there was nobody at the counter when the dasher showed up and took forever to get someone to help him.

Total rip off. Two slices of pizza for 14 bucks? Absolutely ridiculous. We should’ve asked for a price before we just assumed it would be okay as they have no menu to look at.

I work in the mall, so I sometimes go up to the food court for my lunch.EVERYTIME I go there, the people working are rude (if they even pay attention to you!)! Never have seen a smile on anyone there and can we just talk about how they are ALWAYS out of breadsticks!! You ask if anymore will be coming up and I get "No. We only make 1 batch a day!" Well obviously you need to make more! ?

Took 15 min to be even achknowledged and they "warmed the pizza up" and burnt it had to remind them i was still here. For being open a month of the year their service food and attitude are terrible.
