Food wasn’t great, but the servers were nice and the place was clean. Two stars, not for the food, but because the people were great. Tons of onions, and the meat was like a falling apart in globs, not a normal burger patty. I don’t know if they used really lean ground beef or what! Also it was really greasy. Very messy to eat. Not mad, just disappointed. Likely won’t be back.

Love Shelby’s. We have only come 3 times now, but it’s always tasty. Last night we got 2 burgers, fries and onion rings, and milkshakes and boy we were stuffed! I ordered the Oklahoma and not sure what I was given (it was not the Oklahoma), but it was still amazing!

Stopped in on a recommendation, happy we did. Smash burgers are delicious, garlic fries smelled so good and tasted the same-secret sauce had some kick and was very tasty, tots are always a win in my book, had those with the Shelby sauce and it was good too. Had two shakes, the chocolate malt and raspberry-both were just right with the food. Service was excellent, busy when we got there but they were quick and communication was great-polite and friendly! Definitely worth the price and the time, we’ll be back! Thanks!

The food is fantastic. The understaffing is ridiculous. Staff is overwhelmed, half the items are out of stock, wait times are absurd. No food warmers for takeout orders. Not coming back until Jill figures out how to do basic things.

Great diner vibe. The burgers were great! Hubby and i each had the Shelby 350. Great smash cooked to perfection. The truffle tots were yum!. Pickle chips oh very yum. And the service was excellent!! Connor and Cole were great team working together, great touch to the customers and extremely friendly. Thank you for a great experience we are bringing back our friends!

Went here for the first time. Food was great - Oklahama burger had a lot of flavor and crispy edges on the meat. Reminds me a lot of Culver's (a fantastic mid-western burger/shakes chain). Downside of Shelby's is that it is on the pricey side. For an equivalent meal at Culver's it is about $11 vs. $17 at Shelby's. Food is really delicious, but my only criticism is the price. I would love to frequent it more, but it is pretty cost-prohibitive for my family of 7.
