We called in. First thing was the guy on the phone was really rude and rushing. Told us it would be ready in 15 mins. After arriving 15 minutes later. There was 1 guy ahead of me. I saw a bag on the counter wondering if it was mine. I stood there for 45 mins before anyone talked to me. While they did other orders. Filled up the toppings for the shakes. Kept looking at us but never talked to us. After 45 minutes of standing there finally got to talk to someone. Only to find out my food was also sitting there for 45+ minutes. When we got our food. It was cold not even warm. And we were missing one of our fries. It wasn’t even worth going there. We were so excited to try their restaurant only to realize we will never be going there again.

If I could give the staff members more than 5 I would! Suuuper busy on a Saturday night with only 2 and they killed it while being super friendly and quick. The third person came in at the tail end, glad they got help. Food was yummy, exactly what we wanted. Burgers, fries, onion rings, and a shake. Hot food made fresh!

No this isn't a bogus review i actually took the time to sit back, look the feel, and of course the food was worth the visit. Little pricey but I'd pay for a good smash burger

Better smash burgers than the chain restaurant. Recommend doing the dollar upgrade to grilled onions.
Their shakes are good and I haven't tried them but they have boozy shakes too.

Food wasn’t great, but the servers were nice and the place was clean. Two stars, not for the food, but because the people were great. Tons of onions, and the meat was like a falling apart in globs, not a normal burger patty. I don’t know if they used really lean ground beef or what! Also it was really greasy. Very messy to eat. Not mad, just disappointed. Likely won’t be back.

Love Shelby’s. We have only come 3 times now, but it’s always tasty. Last night we got 2 burgers, fries and onion rings, and milkshakes and boy we were stuffed! I ordered the Oklahoma and not sure what I was given (it was not the Oklahoma), but it was still amazing!
If you want a burger stay home and BBQ it. This place lacks flavor, personality, and you will save allot of money. Way overpriced place. They need employees that have a personality

Stopped in on a recommendation, happy we did. Smash burgers are delicious, garlic fries smelled so good and tasted the same-secret sauce had some kick and was very tasty, tots are always a win in my book, had those with the Shelby sauce and it was good too. Had two shakes, the chocolate malt and raspberry-both were just right with the food. Service was excellent, busy when we got there but they were quick and communication was great-polite and friendly! Definitely worth the price and the time, we’ll be back! Thanks!

The food is fantastic. The understaffing is ridiculous. Staff is overwhelmed, half the items are out of stock, wait times are absurd. No food warmers for takeout orders. Not coming back until Jill figures out how to do basic things.
