Walked in, waited over 5 mins for any employee to even appear in the dining room side of the restaurant. The restaurant had maybe 3 tables sat. Then I was finally sat, only to have a party of 6 come in after me be seated and their order was taken before mine. The service is horrible, the one and only server that I saw was so slow and had no sense of customer service. Now do I still not have my order taken, but when mine will be taken it will come out after a party of 6. I walked out... they do not deserve my business treating a customer this way. There are too many other places that deserve my money.

Excellent. The food felt authentic and was delicious. One of the best meals I've had in a minute. The wine was exceptionally good. I'm not generally a wine guy but was glad I got the Armenian house wine.
The mushrooms were particularly good. Some of the best I've ever had.

We love Mediterranean food, and while other restaurants may get close, Skewers is awesome. The rice is so flavorful. The Shawarma was moist and tasty, and the chicken kabobs cooked perfectly. The staff are great. As is my custom after having a great dining experience, I thanked the chefs and the wait staff.

i was looking for a shawarma place and im SO glad i found skewers! their shawarma plate is so delicious and you get such a good portion for the price. im excited to try a wrap next time, but this time i got the chicken shawarma with herb fries and toum garlic sauce. service was fast and overall great, and it is a very nice warm vibe inside. 10/10

We did the take out from here with no expectations of how things would taste because we are use to getting food from Dearborn. Man were we surprised! Everything tastes good and familiar to what we are used to. We’ll definitely be back! If the owner can consider cooking ful or other breakfast food, we’d be so thrilled!

Skewers provided/catered the food for a dinner party for me in my home for 8 people. The menu was fabulous, the service was awesome. Everyone loved the food! And best of all, the price was soooo reasonable for the quality. Heartily recommend Skewers for your home entertaining... as well as dining in their dining room.
My favorite place on the west end of downtown. Awesome ambience and incredible food. My daughter and I do a meal there weekly. Highly recommend this place!!

Skewers Restaurant in downtown is an absolute gem! Every meal is incredibly delicious and full of flavor, offering truly authentic Lebanese food that keeps you coming back for more. My personal favorite is the kebab platter. Perfectly cooked, seasoned to perfection, and so satisfying.
Tonight I also tried the spiked Dubai chocolate cocktail, and it was amazing! Such a unique and indulgent drink! On top of the incredible food and drinks, the owner is truly wonderful and makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Skewers to anyone looking for top tier food and a welcoming atmosphere!

My only complaint is that when we went a few weeks ago, they were closed during hours they had listed as open hours. Other than that, I highly recommend trying Skewers! 😋
