This is the go to spot if you're looking for one of the best Ruben Sandwiches in all of Spokane. (I recommend the Rubinator)

Hands-down, the best sandwich shop in the city. I wish sandwiches weren’t so expensive these days, but I would give them my money every day.

Family of 4 got 5 different sandwiches and everybody gave rave reviews. We had gourmet turkey, veggie bug (wife LOVED it), spicey ruben and tuna wrap. Portions were great we drove from Spokane to PDX and everyone was still full after our 6 hour drive. My new must stop when in Spokane.

Go in for a simple sandwich and a first time customer, over priced and not that good, won't be back...18 bucks for the equivalent of a 6in sub and a can of Pepsi...I get markup but quality isn't there for their prices. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Honestly THE best sandwich spot in town. I've tried about 12 different sandwiches on the menu and they are all fantastic. Not sure how they do it, but the ingredients taste fresh, the portion is great and the flavor and condiments are perfectly paired. All of us at Dynamite Enterprises love running there to lunch and seems to be the most often place that comes to mind. Staff is super friendly, recognizes you and shows how much they care.

Stopping through on my way to Idaho. Saw the place had good reviews and we love a good local sandwich shop so we gave it a try.
Got a turkey, avocado, and Swiss as well as a Ruben on rye.
The Ruben was a little dry but otherwise good.
I should have got my turkey sandwich on a roll because the wheat sliced bread is nothing to right home about.
Otherwise really delicious sand sandwiches.

6.30.25: I've been wanting to try this sandwich shop but they're closed on Sundays. So, I finally was able to get to town on a day they were open. It was around lunch time when we walked in so the ambience was pretty busy and almost all the tables were taken, but we found a spot in the corner. We stood in line to order and we're greeted with a smile when it was our turn.
I ordered John's Veggie Bug and my friend ordered the special of the day, which was the Cuban. I made mine a combo and added the homemade roasted garlic salad and a drink.
When our order arrived, my sandwich sure did look tasty and it was! As taken from the menu, John's Veggie Bug consisted of: avocado, cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, olives, cucumbers, sprouts, green onion, lettuce, tomato, pesto mayo and balsamic vinaigrette, on a grilled parmesan panini. This sandwich was super fresh, had great flavors, and I loved that it was on yummy grilled bread that was warm. All the ingredients were plentiful too. I liked how it came with pretzels, something different than chips and the pickle had a good snap to it. You could tell the roasted garlic potato salad was homemade and it wasn't overpowered with garlic. The flavors had a nice balance. My friend's Cuban looked meaty and says he liked it. It was so filling he only ate half and took home the rest for later. The Cuban is worth it's value.
The dining area inside almost reminds me of an old school diner feel with lots of decor, art, and vintage type signs. I really enjoyed my sandwich and I'll definitely be back!

Horrible food especially for the price. Over cooked baked potatoes, sauceless chicken Alfredo. Absolutely never coming here again!
