Unfortunately have had many poor experiences with this sonic. One of the slowest fast food places i have been too and my order has been wrong or completely forgotten many times. The only positive is the staff has always been kind in all interactions.

The curly haired guy here needs a raise! He made me some slushies and he was so enthusiastic I forgot about and drove off without the second half of my order. The dark haired gal was kind and had a smile also. 10/10 service never seen such friendly and happy employees at a fast food place, ever!

Repeated my order 4 times, legit yelled it clear and slow as I’ve worked with sonic before as a kid, and again “sorry what was that” so I had to just pull forward, cause if it was up to the workers they’d sit there all night going back and forth, not sure why they don’t say pull forward by the 3rd time, cause at a certain point it’s just disrespectful. I’m unsure why a billion dollar franchise can’t afford to fix their drive through speaker. If it weren’t for cheap greedy owners, I’d rate 5 stars but if you can’t place the order, nothing else matters.

Sonic Soft Pretzels with cheese dip, how I love thee. Who am I kidding, it's so good and I eat it so fast I never even use the dip. The round pellet ice is my favorite way to have a sweet tea or soda. This may be a weird thing to comment on...ice that is. But when you know , you know 😉

Actually pretty ridiculous that they literally just don’t answer the drive thru. Sat there for ten minutes without anyone saying a word to me, they’re were multiple people running food outside so it’s not something they’re unaware of they just literally do not care. I left and the car behind me did too. Hire some people that actually have a brain, drive thru was my first job at 16 years old and it’s not hard

Requested no cheese on my footlong chili dog unfortunately I got cheese. after eating that I pull out fries when I ordered tots. But it gets funnier ordered Coca-Cola but definitely got Dr Pepper.

Ordered a LG, got a Med, forgot hot sauce, pressed no tip but the scren wouldn't accept it. Food tasted horrible like it was under a heat lamp all day. Will. Not. Go. Back.
They put the wrong burger in our bag and when we went in with the receipt they became rude saying they jus returned from break even tho it was am hour before closing and when they brought out the right burger, they asked full price for it even tho they messed up our order

Got someone else’s food, didn’t open the bag until I got home. I don’t have the energy to go back and fix their mistake and I don’t have it in my budget to get more food today. (It was a chicken strips order and I’m a vegetarian). It is so easy to give someone what they paid for, so how little do you have to care about your job to screw that up? Also the chick at the window was weird. I don’t know how to describe it but maybe put her somewhere where she can’t interact with customers? Just a thought.

Food is fine I guess, but it's fast food so it's always the same. The girls that are closing are so rude, they give me terrible anxiety, I think I will go home and bed rot. Don't know if I can ever go back to the same Sonic, without getting PTSD. Not to mention they played inappropriate music, and there were children present. UNACCEPTABLE
