Regular Fries are really good. Onion rings, and i love onion rings, were simply AWFUL. They have great service. Its not out to you in 45 seconds because its not sitting under a heatlamp prior to the order. About 4 to 6 min wait. They have nice, outgoing people as the carhops. The only thing I wish they did still was the roller skates. It was so fun to watch them deliver food like this. The kiddos really enjoyed it. They all wore them at one point, now its rare!

If I could give no stars, I would. I bought a burger meal and one for my son on a Thursday night about 7pm from this location. Our order took a very long time to receive for just two meals. One of the workers was obviously running herself ragged trying to help everyone while another girl very obviously “let” her and proceeded to do a bunch of nothing. The fries were so over salted they were inedible but that’s not even the worst part! I could literally knock on my burger. It was completely rock solid, inedible. I didn’t discover this, until I got home as we went through the drive through and after a long day we’re just ready to get home. I proceeded to call customer service and the restaurant location to try to remedy the situation. Not only would no one at the restaurant answer the phone or return my calls, customer service just shrugged and said it was the restaurant’s responsibility to do anything. Disgraceful. Don’t waste your money. Luckily there are MANY other restaurants in this area that can be supported instead. Disgusted with the lack of accountability and even decency to make it right by this business.

I've been here frequently since 2023 and while the food and the service have always been lacking, it was usually good enough to return and I typically like what sonic offers. However, the last few times I have been there, there has been a noticeable down turn in quality. The service is the most impolite and discourteous I have experienced yet. Additionally, maybe I just choose the wrong stall evey time, but without fail, the screen is always broken and does not give a readout of your order nor can I pay or tip the server with my card.
Most importantly, the food has become very disappointing and depressing. I understand the noticeable increase in prices, but to pay more for worse service adds insult to injury.
My advice is just go to the zips burger across the lot.
Close down ice cream machines before they even close ? That’s wild to me…

Wanted to try sonic for the first time, honestly it was extremely disappointing, they didn’t even ask what size I wanted my meal, the fries were soft and almost cold when we got them, and honestly it was a McDonalds quality burger, and in reality I would’ve rather eaten there then at this sonic ever again.

The fries and tots were rock hard, the chicken in the wrap was hard as a rock. There was hair in the burgers and sandwiches. And the fact that the bread was stale is something else. Really sad I was hoping it would be so much better
