Very disappointing service resulting in us not getting our order. We pulled into one of the spots and placed our order. We ended up waiting 35 minutes. We had to keep pushing the order button to get updates on our order as we were stopping in for a quick bite to eat before heading home after a long day of travel. They kept telling us our order will be right out and they would never show ( the worker Steven answered the first time and Anthony answered twice). Once they came out with our order it was not the right order so the runner (Sarah I believe was her name) went back in to figure out what happened then never came back out with an update. We tried pushing the button again to ask what was going on and no one would answer. We ended up having to leave with no food. This was very disappointing and we will never be coming back! Recommend going to a different Sonics location in Spokane if possible.

Megatron Supreme

I ordered a very simple order. These unsupervised teenagers forgot half of my order then when they gave it to me it was NOT what I ordered. Another time I went here I ordered something and it took them OVER AN HOUR to get it. They said it was low staff but everyone who came after us got their food before us. NOT BUYING IT.they are lucky to even get 1 star.WOULD NOT COME AGAIN.

I paid for $45 worth of food. Just got home and am missing half of my order. I will have to go out now and get more food for the rest of the family that didn't get their dinner. Horrible service and I waited for a long time at the window as well!

Sarah, who was on drive-thru register on 3/9/24 is an exceptional worker. I accidentally dropped my Sonic Blast, but she kindly said it was not a big deal and proceeded doing her job efficiently and with a positive attitude. I was having a rough evening, so I really appreciated Sarah’s kindness. The workers at this location are wonderful people, truly. Thank you all, and especially thank you Sarah!
