FORGOT THE BURGERS ON MY BURGER! This isn’t the first time! HOW DOES CONTINUE TO HAPPEN?!?!?!?!?!?! SERIOUSLY!!! Ordered online! took 5 mins to get there. Waited ANOTHER 15 mins past when my order should have been done! Only to grab my sandwich and it felt really light!!!!!! I ORDERED A DOUBLE!! I can understand giving a single instead of double… but NO BURGER AT ALL?!?! Really?!? This is getting OLD Go back and park. Let them know. And wait another 10 mins. Dang! I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and had a real nice burger for this price and time spent.

Stopped to get a quick bite. The lady taking the order did not stay on long enough to allow you to complete order.
Ordered two cheeseburgers with bacon, and jalapeños on one. When the order came out, no bacon, no jalapeños. Plain cheeseburgers, no fries, 1 order tater tots, no fries. The kids working there were too busy playing around to get orders right, or to fix anything, tried arguing that the order was right, has to take burgers apart to show them. I will not be returning to this establishment. Rude employees, you have one job.

Food was fine… I waited 25 minutes for my food, the girl said “here…thank you…” and promptly left after handing met squished bag of food… I ordered extra pickles on my cheeseburger, and they didn’t give me any… and I never got a straw for my drink

Apparently if you order a burger with extra onions, they give you an entire onion on it. Disgusting and obviously someone just trying to be rude.

Ordered onion rings--- O we're out of those!!!. Ordered chili cheese tots and an order of fries... asked for ranch dressing... O we're out of that!!!. WORST chili I've ever tasted. tots barely above cold. service... had to ask for a fork--- really--- and ketchup and obviously she was put out that we asked for these or needed them... I'll NEVER go back to this sonic again.

Burgers were just “ok”. Not served hot. The onion rings were atrocious! They looked, tasted and smelled like they had been in the fryer for an hour, then set on the counter to get cold. Threw them away when we got home. What can you do at that point?!
But, here’s my real “beef” - ZERO customer service skills from the person taking our order. I’m not going in to the details about how much it sucked and how tempted I was to just drive away (wife says to me as she hears this person on the speaker “just breathe, honey”) as soon as staff’s mouth opened. I see this EVERYWHERE these days and so here’s my beef: why is it businesses these days that own establishments that provide a service/product missing this very important element of business success - the customer? Why is there a lack of educating these younger workers how important the customer is, without there would be no business? Don’t these owners care? Don’t they embrace conflict? Why is there this illusion that lack of service to a customer is ok? I just don’t get it. This establishment is just one of many examples of businesses that just don’t care.

EDIT: You can see they replied to me on my review. We've reached out a few times, nothing has come of it. Won't be going to sonics again for sure.

Got the saddest looking kids burger I've ever seen in my life here. Staff said 3 or less words. Food took forever to come out, which is remarkable considering the burger we got was meat between two buns with no condiments. Don't recommend.

Ordered ahead on the app before I got here, let them know I was here when I got here. Been sitting here waiting for 20 mins waiting for my order… isn’t the purpose of ordering ahead to not have to sit and wait forever for the food?I understand a little wait but 20 mins and counting??? Come on. Multiple cars who pulled in after me getting their order before mine.

I honestly do not understand this Sonic location! I have work down the road for years consistently gone there in the service is just gone so downhill! Multiple times I've came to this location place my order waited for about 25 minutes order never showed up called back in to get status of the order and they said oh the order didn't get placed! Went back today tried to make an order for the 99 cent mozzarella sticks was told my order was placed waited another 15 minutes called back no order placed then was put on hold! It's unfortunate because I do like Sonic but I just can't deal with the poor leadership and employees that this location has please I ask you look into it!

Our food was Smushed in our bag and this is the second time our popcorn chicken was bad because of old oil it was deep fried in.
We were hoping the Northside location would be better but it was even worse.
