Went in last weekend and had the worst experience. I cannot rate the food because we never got our order. The waitress was awful and had a bad attitude. People who were seated after us got their food before us. It was obvious the waitress forgot to put in our order. We finally got up and walked out. As I said I cannot rate the food because we never got it but based on service I will never be going back. Whoever that waitress was, I believe she was Russian or Ukrainian, she is a liability.

Well, I wish I could give a good review but I simply cannot. We went in for dinner, and were seated and given water, then we waited 15 mins to have our waitress finally come over to ask about app and drinks. We ordered apps and food at the same time because one of our party was told by a customer who was leaving that "it's going to take a long time" as he entered the establishment. The apps took quite a while and the food took even longer. The 2 of us who ordered burgers were NOT happy. The burgers are terrible. Driest burger I've possibly ever had, that tasted worse than any airport burger I've ever ordered. The waitress never came back to ask us about the food.
When she was about to bring the bill she asked why I didn't eat my burger. I told her it was dry and bad tasting. She then started to lecture me on her opinion that I should have pointed it out to her earlier and they could have made another or taken it off the bill but now it was too late because her manager would never allow it.
I never asked to have it taken off the bill...that obviously would have been nice of them, and the right thing to do, but I wasn't asking for it or expecting it. If I was there alone and not with my family she would have heard my real opinion, but instead she decided to embarrass me in front of my family for not complaining about a burger made by them that was horrible. I was never even given the chance to complain because she never asked us how our food was. The dinner took 3 hours. Waste of time and money.

Walked out of restaurant without having gotten meal (lunch). Multiple empty tables -- not that busy. Multiple tables received food who ordered after us. Waitress took my mother's tea cup to refill, never did. Asked about our order (40 minutes after ordering -- sandwiches), was told our order was, "Next." I was facing the kitchen. Two more orders went out, that weren't ours, in the next 5 minutes. We walked.
Have gone here 4 other times in last 6 months. Food has been pretty good. Service has always been horrid. Not sure what is going on in the kitchen. If you have LOTS of time, go to the South Hill Grill!
The loud, cheesy music and seven TV screens showing sports and game shows made us wonder if we would ever be eating here again. The freezing a/c in the middle of winter didn't help. Still, the unbelievable quality of the sushi more than outweighed the petty defects of ambience ( which may, of course, be regarded as attractions by other customers) and convinced us to return before long.
