We made advanced reservations for 9 people specifically for the bar so we could watch the Seahawks game. To food was excellent! Our service was great! Your vanilla old fashioned was super good. We had a wonderful time and were the rowdy ones in the bar.

Spencer's has the best and most professional waiter in Spokane- Diddio. Polite, efficient, and pleasant to talk to. He has excellent recommendations on the menu and is very attentive. Spenser's menu is consistent, high-quality, and accommodates a wide range of tastes. Steaks are always cooked to the requested level. It is comparable to other premium steak houses nationally. In Spokane, Spenser's is an excellent choice for a special dinner.

The hostess was very accommodating as we arrived 30 min early. Our waitress was amazing, kind, friendly, funny. The food was excellent. I had the waygu steak and my husband had the Ahi Tuna. A wonderful evening.

Great Christmas Eve dinner experience. If I could add one suggestion it would be a little jazz or similar music playing to add to the vibe. Otherwise everything was great!

This place was frickin incredible. Possible we just got lucky, but.....
I think you can't give service like that without getting into the routine of doing it always. If you have the opportunity to go, you should absolutely do so..... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am not one to write a review, pretty sure this is my first. Need to say something after the disappointing meal we had Friday night. It was our anniversary and we were heading in knowing it was going to be expensive but we were going to splurge on ourselves. From the beginning it was off to an odd start. Asked for crab cakes and was told no. The waitress informed us the crab cakes were terrible salty and we can't order them. She pushed us on the calamari, not my favorite but we were fine with the change. The calamari came and it was so salty we could hardly keep eating it. Perplexed we went on with the evening. Wine came and the waitress presented the wine so we could see the back label :-). Ok, not everyone needs to be a Somalia, the wine was excellent. The food came, we had three sides, mushrooms, broccolini and Mac and Cheese. We both had steaks, I had the Fillet with Crab and Bearnaise sauce and my wife had the WAYGU steak. The sides were overcooked, undercooked and less than appealing. My $17 steak add on was basically cold crab added to the top of my steak. The last time I came here, the steaks were the best I have ever eaten. This time they were double the price and the quality was not the same. My wife's WAYGU was tasteless, she ate 3 or 4 bites and left the rest. Now it feels more like a Chilis with 4 times the price tag... Not to say Chilis is bad, we all love Chilis, but know your not getting the top of the line steak at Chilis as you would expect here. To note, our meal was $460 with tip. Will not return.

Overall ok experience, we did dinner before our show here and I was very happy that there were no problems using my open table dining reward card. The food was rich - we did the Sunday supper value. My steak was tasty and it came with a lot of food - so much so that it felt like my plate was physically too small. The chocolate dessert was very tasty, also rich. We weren't impressed with the beet salad and were bummed we were originally seated at the bar for a happy hour drink as requested but overall it was still a good experience and I appreciated our servers attentiveness.

We had a very good experience. We attend the Broadway series next door at the Performing Arts Center. This location couldn't be anymore perfect and they validate, which is awesome. The price point was a little higher, but not crazy by any means, but the portions were so incredibly generous. We'll be back.

Excellent experience, our server was attentive and courteous, the Supper menu is reasonably priced for the quality and experience. Our steaks came out perfectly cooked. We're definitely planning on going to Spencer's again if we feel like having a nice night out together.

You never know what you're going to get with a hotel steakhouse, but this one was fantastic! The service was excellent, with local recommendations, an intimate knowledge of the menu, and fun small talk. The steaks were delicious, and the whole table really enjoyed the meal!

Waited 40 minutes for a broccolini. Arrived barely cooked and with fried onions instead of caramelized as listed on the menu. Brownie tasted like cocoa powder. Prime bites were good meat drowned in a sauce that tasted like straight mustard.
