WOW. I am a sucker for Ribeye. I instantly honed in on the Bison Ribeye. The presentation was beautiful as I only added on the mushrooms & cognac sauce. The taste just melts in your mouth. I had the Spiced Pear Hot Toddy as the drink, and the mixture caused an explosion of flavor on my tongue. My server, Johnny, was amazing, and Jocelyn was my mixologist/bartender. Great man and has an amazing smile that was very welcoming. This is a "Must Try" for anyone in love with steaks. Amazing atmosphere. Such a warm and cozy feeling. 100 out of 10 stars.

I visited Spencer's for dinner. They only serve a bar menu after 10pm, which was fine because the bar menu had a good variety of items on it. I ended up ordering the Prime bites with a side of fries and creme brulee for dessert. The Prime bites were fantastic and I would highly recommend them. The fries were average, but rather expensive at $8.50... the creme brulee was a disappointment. The presentation on the creme brulee was not great. There was no fruit included like most creme brulees I've had. The service was great and the atmosphere was relaxing. Overall, it was a good experience and I will return.

EXTREMELY overpriced - $10 for some sourdough bread with your dinner, $12 for a small side of carrots, $19 for a small dish of hummus with a few vegetables, etc etc. I had the fish and it said it came with spinach - which ended up being a handful of raw spinach leaves under the piece of fish. My small meal was $114 before tip. On the positive side, my server was exceptional.

First of all we’d seen the menu and prices. Premium prices, yes…-but we were okay as it was a special night with friends.
2 ordered halibut…$45 for halibut filet with no sides. Okay. Absolutely Parmesan covered mush-both ended up truly sick all night. The steak was amazing… the 2 Wedge salads absolutely doused in about 4 Oz. Dressing… It looked like a swamp salad crab cakes were x C+… I’m just so disappointed because we’d had such high expectations. The restaurant was pretty empty which perhaps should have been a clue. The food quality is not the fault of the wait staff… the problem is in the kitchen and after our meal …the Owner/Manager should really go check quality control in the kitchen.

Called after a reservation elsewhere was canceled, and they opened up a Dining room for us last minute to accommodate our party of 9 on a Saturday. Can't speak highly enough of how great the service food and atmosphere is. Servers were all wonderful and the steaks were cooked to perfection.
Will definitely be back!

Ok so I read all the reviews and have been there once before and had cheeseburger as I was a little taken back buy the price for steaks so went for there cheeseburger and that hit the spot solid good cheese burger and the service was great. But I'm down here in spokane for a work function so I figured my last night in town I'd step up and go for a steak. To be clear I raise beef for my self and have sold others that beef to friends and family's for years not to mention I've cooked steak for my self family and friends for much much longer I'm not a professional chief but all my years and happy faces and returned friends tell me I do pretty dam good so it's safe to say I know what I'm doing. SO here is my review staff was good I'd say maybe should be a little more personal kinda felt like fast food and the resturant was maybe 25% full so you had time to do so but you were quick and polite.wine was great I started with 6 oyster and they were much like I figured good the cucumber vinaigrette could use some work but was ok. The bread was delicious I'm guessing you've got a good supplier if you make it in house nice work. Now for the main course I ordered a filet mignon and my side veggie was mushroom. Mushroom cooked nicely but by far the most taste less mushrooms I've every had may I suggest S&P garlic and butter not sure how you can mess a very simple dish like that up but you did.now the filet I ordered MR and you missed the mark by I'm guessing a minute or it sat way to long as it was not MR. As far as taste nice crust witch I like but again what happen to the flavor and it was the driest steak I've ever had I've had top sirloin cooked by a newby that had more taste and juice then that steak. All n all 150 dollars I left a 25 tip as the service was good but wow realy wish I would have just went with the burger again I will not be back nor would I recommend this place to anyone

Romantic and classic steakhouse vibes were a pleasant surprise for a doubletree hotel restaurant. Definitely a must experience. Awesome staff and mouthwatering food. Steak n Mac all the way!

I was very disappointed in the steak. They don't know what medium rare is at all. As a matter of fact, even the rare was medium, not rare. I'm not sure if their cook was new or just lousy, but it sucked. The service was good though

Nice restaurant located inside the doubletree Spokane. Food is fairly good. Some dishes were better than others. Our server was really nice and attentive. Cool atmosphere & bar area.

Overall, it's always a great place to visit - I truly enjoy the cocktails, and for the most part - the food. Last night was a little bit of a let-down; but not enough so that we won't be back. the Scallops Rockefeller were AMAZING! The mac and cheese w/ candied bacon was delicious. The Asparagus was also very very good. The burgundy mushrooms were a disappointment. We both LOVE mushrooms and were truly looking forward to these - but they fell flat. they had no moisture to them; they were overcooked and dried... almost tasted like reconstituted mushrooms. We left half the plate uneaten. :(...... The crab cakes were good - but there is nothing on the menu indicating that there are tomatoes on the plate. My friend has a very high allergy to RAW tomatoes (acidity level in raw tomatoes triggers an allergic reaction.) When the crab cakes arrived she couldn't eat them. They were very good, but maybe for future reference you can provide a better detail about what is on the plate? I felt bad for her. The server was wonderful though - super nice and attentive.

Great food, I've eaten here several times and the quality and service are top notch. Super friendly and engaged staff. They've always taken any time needed to discuss my meal options/choices rather than just taking an order. I really appreciate the effort. The filet presentation is beautiful, a crisply salted outside sear and smooth buttery inside throughout. Generous sides, garlic asparagus is always a favorite. Best spinach berry salad, I've even tried to make at home. I will go back again when next in Spokane.

The server Ashley was fantastic, her recommendation for Brussels sprouts was amazing, her recommendation for the huckleberry lemon drop was so good. The meat wasn't as good as we expected. We did go back tonight and sat in the bar and had prime bites and mashed potatoes that were both superb
