10/1/25 2:35 pm. Unfortunately very poor customer service today. They refused to cut our sandwiches in half for a family of four. The tables are unwashed almost every one. They were unwilling to suggest or make substitutions when they were out of one of the primary ingredients for one of the few sandwiches they offer. When I manually unwrapped and self-cut the sandwiches, the knife cut through the cheap foil they used to wrap the sandwiches and the bacon in my sandwich fell out onto their dirty counter. $52 for two sandwiches two bags of chips and one water!

One of the best Italian sandwiches I have ever had. I wish they had another location in Spokane area. Always my favorite place to eat at the Spokane airport!!!

I had the turkey club; it was dry, very little meat... For 18.00.. Poor value... Maybe a $9.00 sandwich.

I ordered a sandwich and requested that it be cut in half.
The worker refused citing store policy despite there being a knife on the counter that he had just utilized to cut tomatoes for my airport caprese sandwich.
The policy is asinine for a sandwich shop. I could understand if knives were prohibited due to safety reasons in an airport. But that is not the case.
I would recommend bringing your own knife (good luck with TSA) if you visit this shop and wish to have your sando cut in half.

I was a little leary after reading some of the reviews, but the turkey avocado and turkey bacon were quite good 👍 counter people were a bit grumpy but glad this wasn’t a one star experience! Yummy 😋

Got to front of line and cashier rang up a club sandwich without mentioning they were out of avocado. I then saw a tiny handwritten sign saying they were out of this important ingredient. Waited in line again after checking the menu out for backup product. Then waited quite awhile more to receive food. Not for people in a rush or people who like avocado…
Sandwich was good, had the Italiano. Definitely a big sandwich. The bread makes it feel very big, but it had good flavor and texture. Expensive, even for airport food.

Ordered the grill cheese. Very hard to mess up but they did. Cheese wasn't melted. Avoid.

Don't waste your time or money here. Wouldn't accept cash because they were too lazy to open a till. Make breakfast at home before coming here.
$42 for 2 subs with no drinks or any other add ones. 20 minute wait. People were walking away and/or getting refunds.

I recently had a sandwich from Spokane Sandwich Co. at the airport, and I have to say, I was disappointed. For $18.52, I expected something more than what I received. The bread was good, but that’s about where the positives end. There were no add-ons, yet the price was almost $20.
In comparison, Subway offers far better value for the money. You'd get a more satisfying meal there without feeling like you've been overcharged. Paying almost $20 for a basic sandwich here is just a joke. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have no other options.

$17 for a tiny sandwich. First thing I saw was a giant hair. Opened up the sandwich and looked at the lettuce and there was a considerable amount of dirt. Disgusting
