I have been a starbucks customer for years and years. I went in and only wanted a water thats it. I didnt need a coffee or tea. The employee at the front counter denied me a water stating that i can only get a water if im a customer customers only. I have a starbucks loyalty card etc. And was denied a water. The counters were very dirty where they make the coffees and food also it smells. I wont be returning.

I wanted to settle down with a coffee and get to work on my computer after using the restroom, but not after how I was treated. Barista was rude, got my order wrong, and judged me for having a backpack? No, thank you I would rather go chill somewhere else.

Not great service and really just want you to order your drink, wouldn't even let my wife order hers and get points for the drinks. It's really hard not to tip for me but he made things much easier for me. Worst Starbucks by far

I work right across the street from this location so I go here frequently. Today I came in for a glass of ice and they flat out refused. Didn’t say I would have to pay a couple cents just flat out refused me. I will absolutely be getting my coffee at any of the other 10 coffee shops around the block. I’ve spent plenty of money at this location plenty of other times, all I wanted was ice for the water I already had.
This Starbucks is from the early 2000s with wifi, restrooms, charging, and delicious toasted cheese/ham sandwiches and I hope they never change🇺🇸🥪🥳

Bishop is kind of small what's the atmosphere was okay how do you know people in there so it was quick and fast service
Parking: Went down there during the busy rush hour of Spokane so it was hard to find parking

Stopped to do some computer while waiting for my bus. This location is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. An Incredibly kind gentleman took my order. He was very patient and jumped whenever I needed anything. At one point a person who seemed homeless came in and sat down without ordering, he sat down with them and talked to them kindly and discreetly, then had someone escort them out of the building. Honestly can' thing of how he could have handled the situation any better.
If need a nice quiet place to get some work done or kill some time, come order a coffee or some food here, it's a great spot.

Absolutely love Starbucks always super kind to the community and always a supporter of current day events. Plus delicious coffee!!! My favorite is their caramel macchiato
Kid-friendliness: Other than the community inside Starbucks being mostly older people the kids are always safe inside a Starbucks environment
Wheelchair accessibility: A little harder to access for wheelchairs but over all they do well making it work and if you struggle to move around I’m sure one of the amazing staff members would help!!
