Not great service and really just want you to order your drink, wouldn't even let my wife order hers and get points for the drinks. It's really hard not to tip for me but he made things much easier for me. Worst Starbucks by far

I work right across the street from this location so I go here frequently. Today I came in for a glass of ice and they flat out refused. Didn’t say I would have to pay a couple cents just flat out refused me. I will absolutely be getting my coffee at any of the other 10 coffee shops around the block. I’ve spent plenty of money at this location plenty of other times, all I wanted was ice for the water I already had.

This Starbucks is from the early 2000s with wifi, restrooms, charging, and delicious toasted cheese/ham sandwiches and I hope they never change🇺🇸🥪🥳

Bishop is kind of small what's the atmosphere was okay how do you know people in there so it was quick and fast service
Parking: Went down there during the busy rush hour of Spokane so it was hard to find parking

Stopped to do some computer while waiting for my bus. This location is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. An Incredibly kind gentleman took my order. He was very patient and jumped whenever I needed anything. At one point a person who seemed homeless came in and sat down without ordering, he sat down with them and talked to them kindly and discreetly, then had someone escort them out of the building. Honestly can' thing of how he could have handled the situation any better.
If need a nice quiet place to get some work done or kill some time, come order a coffee or some food here, it's a great spot.

Absolutely love Starbucks always super kind to the community and always a supporter of current day events. Plus delicious coffee!!! My favorite is their caramel macchiato
Kid-friendliness: Other than the community inside Starbucks being mostly older people the kids are always safe inside a Starbucks environment
Wheelchair accessibility: A little harder to access for wheelchairs but over all they do well making it work and if you struggle to move around I’m sure one of the amazing staff members would help!!

The staff at this location are so kind and friendly. Orders are always made exactly as requested. I get coffee from this location sometimes in the morning before work, and though there are homeless people in the store, they are always quiet and polite to other customers. They have never caused me or other customers any issues. I'm just glad they have a warm place to be during cold mornings and it is clear the staff treats them with respect. Excellent location & service to customers.

I love Starbucks, and visit them frequently, but when the non paying homeless are hanging out in the store, and the smell makes it difficult to enjoy your coffee as a paying customer, enough is enough. I walked 6 blocks from my hotel to enjoy a cup of coffee, and had to leave because of the smell from the two homeless gentlemen.
Edit. As I was getting ready to leave someone at the store asked the gentlemen to leave. Updated to 3 stars for that.

This has become a miserable location for Starbucks and certainly not any fun. The employees are miserable no matter what you might tip them. My tips are rare here. The bathrooms are out of order all day long after you spend money here. You're told to go use the bathroom at the mall down the street. Lol Now, the homeless just live here at this location. Day after day, the same few non customers sitting at the tables all day on phones with no coffee cup in front of them. If you want a Starbucks, you don't want this shop! Nope
I’ve been consistently coming to this location for the past two and a half years and the staff never fails to make my day, wonderful service and they really know how to make their drinks! A+ best starbucks in town:)
This is a downtown location without its own parking or drive thru. It was a better than average visit due to that. The baristas can get overworked and the wait for just water or a bathroom code can be murder. This is normally a busy location with walk in customers only and visits are less than or up to an hour. Crowds today were smaller than what I was used too at other locations. Bathrooms spotless, lots of personal attention, was given 4$ off my next purchase simply because they didn’t have the sandwich I wanted. Water and coffee tastes excellent!
