I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks location. While I was there, a customer threw up on the floor. Staff instead of cleaning it up, they just put up a caution sign and left it there. It sat there for over 30 minutes, and I’m pretty sure I wasn’t the only one uncomfortable with the situation—most of the customers left, too. I took pictures of the mess as proof. Honestly, I don’t recommend this Starbucks at all. The lack of care and attention was disappointing.

Husband and I went in to get some cups and coffee for the whole family. No greetings at all. Standing in line waiting to be helped for 10 minutes, no one said a thing! Drive thru was busy, but was appropriately staffed. The staff in drive thru saw us there waiting, yet said nothing. A gal at the front looked at us about 5 times, said and did nothing, but keep working. A gal from the back came up front with a mouth full of food and just continued chomping away, and working, once again saying nothing! The staff was mute, i have never felt a place feel like Scrooge himself lived there. We put the cup that we were going to buy back and left. We will never go back to this location. @starbucks do better! You’re a big brand, you’d think you’d have friendly staff. We went to a Starbucks in shadle and they greeted us, was very friendly and even though didn’t have the cup we wanted, still was a way better experience and we were happy. While standing in line waiting, a gal came from the same location and complained about her drink. Looks like Starbucks needs to pay attention to some reviews and fix this location. We won’t be back and will spread the word!

The cleanliness of it wasn’t as good as it used to be either.
Plus point for thé staff monitoring the reviews and doing a deep cleaning while I was still sitting there. :) I recommend keeping the tables clean while store is open instead of the one time cleaning for the end of the night.

Asked for the bathroom code and was told “an employee has to walk you down there and unlock it for you but we’ll get to you as soon as we can”. WHAT? An employee now has to walk me to the bathroom and unlock it for me? Nope. Nope. Nope. Outrageous.

Usually love it here. Went in today and there was atleast one person behind the counter with no uniform. Ordered three Carmel fraps one without whip and 2 pastries. Received drinks and waited on pastries. Counter at pickup inside had a jug of milk, matcha and some sort of pump sitting out. While waiting on pastries we tried our drink and realized that these were not Carmel and tasted of cinnamon. We let the barista know and she said she had made them herself (which she did not because I saw a man with very short hair make them while one of the women with uniform showed him how to make the drinks) we told her that my husband is allergic to cinnamon and asked her to remake the one Carmel frap. She remade it and we left. We brought it to my husband without telling him any of this and automatically said he couldn’t drink it this has cinnamon in it. I’m not sure if they had mislabeled the pump or what but if some tells us that’s not Carmel in ur pump you should taste it. Will not be visiting this location again!

I've been to this location twice. Both times, I felt like I was bothering the cashier. I've ordered 3 drinks (2x drip coffee, 3 Splenda, heavy cream and one English Breakfast tea, 3 Splenda, half-and-half) and all three were wrong.It is highly unlikely that I will patronize this locationagain.

I don’t know what it is about the Starbucks, but they make the worst drinks possible. I’ve gotten over 10 drinks that were messed up At this location. Don’t even dare get a caramel Frappuccino because it will literally taste like nothing but ice. I don’t even know how this is possible and why it happens so often here. And today I got a drink that you could literally shouldn’t even possibly mess up and they happen to do it. I’m so over this place.

Lady at the window was rude. Called back to talk to manager and only a supervisor was presentwho seemed to care more about my name then giving hsi own. He was very unprofessional also. Moral of the story after requesting extra matcha powder she was trying to tell me the match was the sweetener. I said the classic is the sweetener yes I want that as usual. Ended up receiving a horrible tasting drink with no sweetener at all. This stuff isn't rocket science for a 6 dollar drink. The one I make at home tastes better. Wellesley/Division Starbucks consistently horrible service and Starbucks does not care.
Pink haired girl doesn't know how to make drinks. I come to this location all the time, never had an issue until she started working there. My drinks are NEVER made correctly.

Starbucks is just gross, the music is too loud, it's disgusting that they walk you to the bathroom w/the restroom code. I visited b/c I had a $15.00 gift card - I didn't use it all and I would rather melt the card then return...it's just a gross place. Starbucks changed about 3 years ago...face it, their glory days are over! ?Amen!
Parking: Huge parking in the plaza so utilize it to go to those shops!
