I've only ever been here in the morning but I can say with certainty that the staff at the Starbucks location are fantastic. They are always happy to see you and make your order exactly how you like it. Highly recommend!

Read the same reviews from last year, still accurate. One friendly face, one colder than a funeral parlor. Coffee? Just okay.

The Starbucks inside of Barnes & Noble bookstore at The North Town Mall has an outstanding staff, these young ladies are helpful, respectful, hard working and super patient. Kadence, took the time to help me install an app and showed me how to use it as well, never once made me feel like it was a burden or taking up her time. The atmosphere is always clean, quiet and overall just a serene place for a Bible study or any study for that matter.

The homeless have turned this recently shutdown Starbucks into what I would refer to as a “base camp” there are always homeless people sleeping here and using this as shelter since it was shut down recently. I have taken multiple photos every time I’m stopped at the light there.

I came in at 6pm on July 14th and all of the employees working were very hostile and rude. There were no lines, I asked the employee taking my order recommendation on caffeine-free beverages and she rolled her eyes and was not helpful at all. As I worked on my work inside the building I asked for a refill on my ice water and she again was very hostile and said she wouldn’t give me a water if I let the people I was with drink it.

When I asked for the bathroom code she said she didn’t know and ignored me until another employee intervened.

I have never had a good experience here. They treat their customers very poorly.

The coworker with orange hair, need to be fired, I an a paying customer, and me any my service dog just walked into the store, and walked up to he register, and I asked if I can get 2 venta waters, and I have to buy something to get water, that a scam, like water that should be mandatory if every one need water to live I will not being going to starbucks on division by northtown mall

I come here to read in comfortable setting. I find it hard to undertstand that Starbucks is so cheap that they only offer the same 2 flavors of OLLIPOP grape and Root beer for last year & a half. OLLIPOP has 20 flavors. Are they not overcharging enough for their BURNT coffee.

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks location. While I was there, a customer threw up on the floor. Staff instead of cleaning it up, they just put up a caution sign and left it there. It sat there for over 30 minutes, and I’m pretty sure I wasn’t the only one uncomfortable with the situation—most of the customers left, too. I took pictures of the mess as proof. Honestly, I don’t recommend this Starbucks at all. The lack of care and attention was disappointing.

Husband and I went in to get some cups and coffee for the whole family. No greetings at all. Standing in line waiting to be helped for 10 minutes, no one said a thing! Drive thru was busy, but was appropriately staffed. The staff in drive thru saw us there waiting, yet said nothing. A gal at the front looked at us about 5 times, said and did nothing, but keep working. A gal from the back came up front with a mouth full of food and just continued chomping away, and working, once again saying nothing! The staff was mute, i have never felt a place feel like Scrooge himself lived there. We put the cup that we were going to buy back and left. We will never go back to this location. @starbucks do better! You’re a big brand, you’d think you’d have friendly staff. We went to a Starbucks in shadle and they greeted us, was very friendly and even though didn’t have the cup we wanted, still was a way better experience and we were happy. While standing in line waiting, a gal came from the same location and complained about her drink. Looks like Starbucks needs to pay attention to some reviews and fix this location. We won’t be back and will spread the word!

Update! Staff used to be very friendly but not anymore! @Starbucks: keep it professional please ?
The cleanliness of it wasn’t as good as it used to be either.
Plus point for thé staff monitoring the reviews and doing a deep cleaning while I was still sitting there. :) I recommend keeping the tables clean while store is open instead of the one time cleaning for the end of the night.

Asked for the bathroom code and was told “an employee has to walk you down there and unlock it for you but we’ll get to you as soon as we can”. WHAT? An employee now has to walk me to the bathroom and unlock it for me? Nope. Nope. Nope. Outrageous.
