Staff needs training at the Safeway Starbucks. I tried to redeem my 200 stars for a free drink and they said it was restricted to 12 oz (tall) drip coffee. This is not true. I walked out and placed my order through the app at another location and got my free drink (any drink, any size).

Just went to Starbucks at Safeway and ordered a white chocolate mocha and pretty much just got a venti cup of milk. The girl barely put anything in it no flavoring no coffee and filled it pretty much all the way with milk it is the grossest drink I've ever drank in my entire life. I am so disappointed they really need to get somebody in there that knows how to make drinks cuz obviously she doesn't and then she got an attitude because I asked her for light ice. I am so mad because it was a waste of my money. I could have gone somewhere else and got a way better drink than what I received at this place today.

Although I do prefer a local coffee hut (like Wake Up Call), but Starbucks is one of my favorite coffee spots! I love the merchandise they sell, more specifically their mugs! They have the cutest patterns and designs; you can't have too many mugs!
Vegetarian options: They cater to vegetarian needs and many other diet restrictions.
Dietary restrictions: They'll happily cater to any diet restriction, just ask your barista!

Had their new release cups out a day early, and then did not want to sell them when I saw them.. The kiosk manager (? Male with dark hair) was extremely rude, and kept shaking his head in the background as I was speaking with the male Barista. He told the Barista, who finally agreed to ring us up (after adamantly refusing to let us purchase, because "we cant sell them until tomorrow") "that's it. We're not selling any more tonight" loudly. Here's the thing - you guys put them out a day early. I wasn't looking for them, I was there to buy hamburger buns. If they weren't for sale that evening, you should have put signage up stating so, or put out at close. P.S. why were you so angry about someone buying a couple cups? ?

Worst experience and coffee ever. Ordered two caramel Frappuccinos and not only did they not have the caramel drizzle like I requested they tast like it's just milk and sweetener. I won't be back to this location after today's experience. Need to teach your staff how to make a proper Frappuccino drink especially since I spent almost 16 on two drinks and a cake pop.
Lady working was extremely rude, putting on chapstick while taking our order and then the matcha i ordered was half full with all foam. definitely not going
