Although I do prefer a local coffee hut (like Wake Up Call), but Starbucks is one of my favorite coffee spots! I love the merchandise they sell, more specifically their mugs! They have the cutest patterns and designs; you can't have too many mugs!Vegetarian options: They cater to vegetarian needs and many other diet restrictions.Dietary restrictions: They'll happily cater to any diet restriction, just ask your barista!

Had their new release cups out a day early, and then did not want to sell them when I saw them.. The kiosk manager (? Male with dark hair) was extremely rude, and kept shaking his head in the background as I was speaking with the male Barista. He told the Barista, who finally agreed to ring us up (after adamantly refusing to let us purchase, because "we cant sell them until tomorrow") "that's it. We're not selling any more tonight" loudly. Here's the thing - you guys put them out a day early. I wasn't looking for them, I was there to buy hamburger buns. If they weren't for sale that evening, you should have put signage up stating so, or put out at close. P.S. why were you so angry about someone buying a couple cups? ?

Worst experience and coffee ever. Ordered two caramel Frappuccinos and not only did they not have the caramel drizzle like I requested they tast like it's just milk and sweetener. I won't be back to this location after today's experience. Need to teach your staff how to make a proper Frappuccino drink especially since I spent almost 16 on two drinks and a cake pop.

I'm not a big fan of Starbucks to be honest mcdonalds has better ice coffee than Starbucks but there got coffee is a lil better.
Rachel at Starbuck is RUDE. She didn't hear my full order so when I repeated myself she got an attitude, once I told her no need for her rudeness she started Mimicking me and trying to pronounce my name wrong Then thought she was gonna tell me I wasn't allowing the store no more She needs some communication classes and some customer service sucked. I've been coming to Safeway I've never had someone as rude as her.

Asked for 2 drinks in the Christmas cups that where be given away. Brista wouldn't do it gave regular cups. She was rude. Will not use this one again. . Would have liked the cups that where being given away

It was my birthday and i came in to get a free birthday drink, but alexia just didn’t want to give one, being rude about it, said it will call the manager, waited for way too long, bad experience here. Had to go to another starbucks and had a great experience, gave it to me right away smiled and said happy birthday. Alexia get a life. Gray was nice :)
