I had come in and requested a vanilla chai, there was no vanilla in my drink nor did it taste like chai, it wasn’t even the right color. I have worked at a safeway starbucks for a year and i have made over a hundred vanilla chais i know the color and the taste like the back of my hand. when i had asked ‘AvaJane’ if she had put vanilla in it she immediately got an attitude with me suggesting that i don’t know how many pumps come in them or anything about them . and then rolled her eyes in a very disrespectful manner, makes me not want to come back to this safeway, and stick to my store.

I love the Indian Trail Starbucks location. It's always clean and the service is excellent! The drinks and food are pretty consistent, too.

Not any good. Bad experience. Woman tried to tell me what coffee tastes like when I told her the coffee tasted burnt. She argued that Pike tastes that way. I was not asking for a new cup, just letting her know the coffee was bad. Walked away when she showed no interest.

Love this Starbucks they always get ng order perfect and make great suggestions. They are also SUPER fast! Love them!
Shift supervisors should all be trained to offer the Starbucks customer service experience. Currently, this store is lacking.
Thank god they serve exceptional coffee drinks and are not like the Starbucks on “Idiocracy”
