Worst Starbucks I've ever been to, they constantly mess up, its like they dont even listen to you.. 15 dollars for a drink that's wrong and a sandwich that's wrong , Ive given them several chances ..employees are not friendly and act stuck up..I will never give them my business again

Service at the Starbucks next to Petro at the Medical Lake interchange of I-90 is terrible. After putting an order in at the drive thru and and waiting 15 min at the window (I was the only car in the drive thru and 2 customers in the store) I watched the gal frantically run around lost with cup in her hand. The guy stayed on far side of counter and never helped the gal. I attempted to get their attention to just cancel my order, they ignored the drive thru window.
Would recommend that unless you have all day to sit and wait, I would not go to this Starbucks.

This location is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’m a truck driver that frequently fuels at this Petro. The manager is extremely rude and condescending. I walked in for a white mocha and Blond coffee. The manager said it would be 5 minutes to do a poor over. I said ok and took a seat. I watched as one barista began the process. Nothing was prepared and she was all over the place gathering everything she needed. After 5 minutes she hadn’t even began grinding the beans but kept swinging her head back to look at me with angry eyes as if though my watching her brew my coffee was bothering her. This was obviously going to take way longer than the five minutes I already waited and her vibes were creeping me out. Plus my big rig was parked in front of the fuel island So I politely apologized and told the manager that I would have to come back later that day because I was running out of time. Her response… “I told you it was gonna take 5 minutes.” I smiled, giggled and said it had already been five minutes and I had a delivery to make and will be back for that black coffee later. She just stared at me with obvious annoyance as I left. I actually avoided going back for a while but went in a couple weeks later when Petro was out of coffee. I told the barista that they owed me a black coffee and she said she had to get her manager. The manager came out and I explained that they owed me a coffee because a pore over was taking longer than expected . She looked at me like I was crazy. I gave her a brief description of our last interaction. Her response… “I have thousands of customers come in here every day.”…
I then explained again in more detail why she owes me this coffee. After giving her more details to jog her memory, she just stared at me with that annoyed look again and without words or any type of friendly interaction filled my cup. I said thank you and walked out. I will most likely never be returning to this location ever again. I worked for Starbucks for 2 years and am very familiar with their customer service expectations. I’m so surprised that someone like this would make it all the way to manager. I hope this isn’t a representation of what’s to come at other locations.

Just waited 30 minutes in drive through for 2 drinks. As well as having the drinks being wrong when reading the order back to us when finally making it up to the window.

My drink sucked, I took it back to maybe exchange but they don’t do exchanges so the lady with the curly hair and the weird bangs made me an identically shitty 6 dollar tea thanks Starbucks.

I am a truck driver with a therapy pup. I order on app to pick up or go in to order. Every time the girls behind counter whisper or say comments about me or my puppy indirectly. It rude and the worse customer service I have received at a starbucks EVER!!!! Puppy and I are both well behaved :)
Waste of money. Placed an online order. Store out of items to complete order. Just told sorry, and to Use app to get refund.
Update. Decided to try this place again This time I got what I ordered, it just took 40 minutes to get a simple drink order.
Waited 20 minutes with 3 cars ahead of us. Then when we got to the window the asked us twice what we ordered. We ordered 2 white chocolate frappes. When we finally got them and pulled away they tasted burnt and nothing like a white chocolate frappe. Since we were now late we weren’t going to turn around and get our money back. Do not recommend this location.
Hands down worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The baristas were SO SLOW and not even working, just standing around. She didn’t start making my drink til I went over and stared at her? Took 20 minutes for 1 drink & 10 minutes for them to take an order. Drive through was closed. Terrible customer service.
Tried to order, they told me, hold on a minute left me in the drive through for 10 minutes. I asked if they were ready for me to order never responded drove up to the window. The window was open. There was multiple people they seen me, and then they just ignored me. So I just drove off.
