I’ve been to this Starbucks a couple times now, and every single visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The drive-thru can be a little slow sometimes, but honestly, I don’t mind! You can tell the baristas are working hard, and the drink always comes out exactly how I like it. Totally worth the wait.
The baristas themselves are incredibly kind. They always ask how my day is going, and make sure I get everything I ordered without having to ask twice. It’s small things like that that make the experience feel personal instead of rushed.
Overall, this location has an amazing vibe and consistent drinks. Thank you baristas 😁

Rude workers. Had my dog told I couldn’t go in which was fine. But they had an attitude when I asked to bring my mobile order outside (just a coffee with syrup) and they gave me a coffee filled with grounds. 4 of them in there mad to come out when they told me not to come in.

Please wait until the pot of coffee finishes brewing before pouring. It makes a terrible cup, and I hate not being able to pour my own cream to accomodate a masker, its 2025 follow your company rules or find another job. Also, caffeine is water soluble, if you pour my cup at the beginning of the brew not only does my cup suck, but everyone elses cup sucks, and heres the kicker, because caffeine is water-soluble. It means you put that entire giant canister of caffeine's worth of coffee into my cup and that makes me sick

3 stars because the latte is sooooo good 2 stars off because the pricing here is literally insane. $9 for a hot large latte with brown sugar whip and vanilla. It was good but not $9 good. That’s a bit extreme.
Everybody just stands there and nobody wants to help you I must have stood there for 10 minutes before someone actually looked up and then I turned around and walked out
