I've never had a bad experience at this location! They've SO friendly and kind! I was buying grande sized milks to fill my kids sippy cups with. When they heard what I was doing, they offered to fill the cups for me! HUGE mom win for me! BIG thank you to Atlas for the offer!! You all are so wonderful and great!

Update: So changing review from 2 stars to 4 stars. I went back this morning and ordered the same drink. I had the same issue with the taste, not tasting any of the carmel or vanilla. They put a little more carmel in there and made the drink bearable at least. So, I got to the last like 1/3 of the drink and all the syrup was there at the bottom. So, I am assuming the problen is that they aren't stirring the drink or something when they make it to get the syrup to be even through the drink. I do order the drink like 10-15 mimutes before arriving so that it isn't super hot when I get there, but the syurp still shouldn't just be a thick blob at the bottom of the drink. That is easily fixed now though, I can just ask for a straw and mix it myself.
Orginial review: Don't know if they got someone new or what, but I had no flavoring in my coffee. Just tasted like coffee with cream, threw the whole thing away. It was a hot caramel macchiato, with an extra shot of carmal that obviously wasn't given. Have ordered before and was no problem

The staff here are absolutely amazing. We are newfound regulars and every time the little one and I come with our coins, the staff happily takes our order and makes her day. Thank you for being truly wonderful people. I am so excited to come again.

Beautiful Design, But a Major Oversight
This new Starbucks location in Spokane is absolutely stunning! The building is modern and eye-catching, with gorgeous landscaping that really stands out. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design and aesthetic.
However, it seems they forgot a key detail: there’s no trash can outside. The only seating available is outside, and once you’re done enjoying your drink, there’s nowhere to put your trash. I asked the barista about this, and her response was essentially, “Just leave it on the table, and we hope it doesn’t blow away.”
For a company that claims to care about sustainability, this seems like a huge oversight. A simple outdoor trash can would go a long way in keeping this beautiful space clean and environmentally friendly. Hopefully, Starbucks can address this soon!

Outside seating and walk up window were only options other than drive through. Service was spectacular. Ordered a mug at the window and nobody rolled their eyes at the last minute. It was so nice. Had the new oatmilk apple thing but all the flavor was at the bottom. We will try it again.

My new favorite Starbucks! They are so fast and really nice. They even put a sticker on my sleeve and drew a cute little picture on my lid - made my day! Also, it helps that they make the drinks correctly the first time lol. - Happy customer!
