If you don't have inside seating then you're just like any other drive thru coffee in the middle of an abandoned parking lot.

Nice interior. Friendly staff. Parking is very limited. Location is not desirable.

This is the absolute Worst Starbucks that exists in Spokane they are closed to the public because they are not people friendly they don’t accept any walk-ins and their front door is locked during business hours

Can't bring your own cup because the lobby is closed, they said I could still get my discount for bringing my own cup, but they can't put it in my cup in the drive-thru. I don't care about the money, I use reusable cups for the planet. Not putting my beverage in my own cup defeats the purpose of bringing my own cup in the first place. I don't understand why you can't place the cup in a mug through the window, just like you do at the counter.

I love this place. And the young woman taking my order was absolutely amazing ? her vibe and energy was great her name was Zari or Zara She needs a raise!!! She's the kind of person every store needs!

Company is having trouble keeping their menu updated to what they have in stock, but the drink was just right. Food is a little expensive. Staff were very friendly.

Tried to roll up today to grab coffee. Front door is locked and drive thru line is out to the street. They were helpful to leave a phone number that was not answering despite no one being in the parking lot. Not doubt there was a violent confrontation from the some tenant that lives behind the building, but why are paying customers made to pay for other people's voting mistakes? ACAB much?

Both drinks were the worst I had I will not be back. With all your compilation you should strive for better quality.

The most Friendly and consistent Starbucks in Spokane...lucky to live in their neighborhood

Why cut an employee's hours to 4 in 2 wks? Why not just lay them off so they can continue their living and get unemployment ? If you're cutting hrs. to save money, why is there an ad for a job opportunity at that shop? I'm positive I don't understand the way Starbucks treat their employees. Contrary to the image they give on social media

This Starbucks has no inside seating, which is fine as I do order ahead and pickup. I'm usually picking up kids hot chocolate after my granddaughter ballet class. The baristas are always pleasant and kind enough to cut a straw down for my 5 year old granddaughters drink.

I like this Starbucks however the removal of the seating is unacceptable and the customer pays the price. I don’t blame them for doing that since the homeless take up all the seating which is also unfair. Wish the problem wouldn’t have to fall onto the paying customers lap.

You can't sit inside at all, and they close very early and when they do they turn off their wifi. They removed the outlets inside, a long time before COVID, because they didn't want to help homeless people get access to electricity or to sit in their store to be warm, even if they were paying customers. It's the only store downtown that I have heard of doing this, and they kicked a homeless guy out of the store and he died of hypothermia, as a result, while the store was still open and the man lay on the sidewalk just outside. It's despicable that people treat other humans in this manner.
