So far overpriced now and the quality is subpar.

The sweetest customer service I have seen with Starbucks so far! Very veeery kind staff with a good calm music and a peaceful vibe!

Do Not Order The Oleato Golden Foam Iced
Shaken Espresso with Toffee Nut. I have been ordering this drink for my wife for several months now and it is made correctly about 50% of the time. Unbelievable.

Overall it was OK. Nothing too different from other Starbucks locations.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of HC parking with a bit of a walk/roll to the store. There is a drive through if that is a problem.

No staff to cover inside business, so they closed their doors after we already got our food and drinks and kicked us out 10 minutes later, before the last person in our monthly get-together arrived. They did however, continue to serve the drive-through. Pretty sure we'll just go to a local business from now on.

I was charged a $5 gratuity on a $6 coffee. I will not return. This was not my intention, and I am not even sure how it happened, but I was told they could not help and I would hav3 to go through corporate.

This is a rare starbucks that is a real treat to visit. Everyone is kind and very helpful. They are always fast and cheerful. I enjoy visiting and knitting outside. I often stop on my way back from monthly visits to the vets across the way. They are always happy to see us, and my scardy cat loves the attention from the drive-through.

I have never had a bad experience in 3 years. If I could give you 10 stars I would!

My daughter, and I went through the drive thru. She had a cold coming on, and ordered the medicine ball drink. I had too much caffeine already, and didn't want to have to stop to use the restroom on our trip to WSU. My daughter did mention that her throat did feel better after drinking her
