All positive, nothing negative. Been going to this particular Safeway for yrs & sometimes will pickup a blended mocha with chocolate & carame at the Starbucks & they always make it great. No complaints.

The worker was so helpful, I couldn’t remember what the drink I like was called and she helped me get what I wanted and it tasted better than ever! Also the raccoon cakes pops are adorable ☺️

The lady working just seems like she hates her job, she's not friendly whenever I go in, but she made my coffee well both times.

My girlfriend got a coffee from here and came back very sad. She said the lady was extremely rude, and was talking down to her. This was around 11 am 8/10/2021.

Ordered 4 drinks. TERRIBLE and one was handed to us with a lid that doesn’t latch!! Time is 6:20pm Saturday December 5th 2020 whatever the girl was doing tonight was HORRID!!!! The permanent one tastes LIKE A MENTHOL CIG. The two caramel machiatos taste like bland black coffee milk.... and the peppermint chocolate mocha literally tastes like peppermint DIRT!!!!!
I had to wait for someone to realize I was standing to order and once they saw me they weren’t very friendly. Starbucks drip coffee is just okay so the review is primarily about the customer service experience which was sub par. There’s also no place inside Safeway (where this Starbucks is at) to sit. There is some seating outside but weather isn’t always agreeable.
