I've been going here for 2 years or so and have never had a problem. As a matter of fact, I feel sorry for the baristas in the morning when the sun rises it's right in their face. Management? They need some sunglasses. Just saying.
The staff is friendly. The eats are delicious and the atmosphere is terrific. Little story: I was having quite the bad day, got my Starbucks drink and found out it had a little smiley face on the cup. Don't know why it improved my spirits but it did. Whomever did that, thank you!

There is a barista here, young, white with blonde hair. She is SO RUDE. She had the worst attitude while I was trying to order, so when I got to the window I asked if she was the one taking orders. She replies, “YEAH WHY DOES IT MATTER?” I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. She purposely didn’t give me a receipt either when I asked and she “forgot” my food. I had to wave down another worker to get it for me, who was way friendlier.

I am so bummed about my drink. Decided to spoil myself and have always looked forward to Starbucks matcha. It was not good even a little bit. I mentioned it to the gal and she just said oh yeah we changed the recipe and walked away. Bummer.

We've been coming here for years. Great baristas. Fun to talk with. Always go the extra mile. These are the people that got us into the habit of going to Starbucks. Great experience at the end of the day!

I went through the drive thru on 4/18/25 at 7:55am to get an ice water and the lady wouldn’t even let me purchase one . The lady was VERY rude ! I will not go back or recommend going back !!!!!

One of the worst experiences and encounters I have experienced. My Fiancee and I asked for minimal add-ons and it seemed to be a problem for the Barista. Horrible customer service, and I would hope Starbucks does something to help for better customer service in the future. It is not a good look for a coffee shop to lack the capabilities to satisfy their customers and make good coffee.

My husband has been into this Starbucks and every single time he asks for a dark roast and has been given pike instead. This has happened so many times. If you guys don’t have dark roast, switching to a different coffee without telling him is not ok. He, like most people who have the same drink everyday, can tell the difference.

Out of all of the Starbucks in Spokane valley this one is the worst. It’s a bunch of rude young kids who don’t care about being nice. I try very hard to be nice to them every time and they are always so uninterested. If you are the valley and want Starbucks, barker is the best.
