I really like this Starbucks they have a great selection of coffee lattes cappuccinos americanos chives teas macchiato's. The staff here is friendly and courteous and helpful. oh yes and they have very good frappuccinos. and I like how this one has electric car chargers. means they're thinking about the environment very good.

5 out of 5 on the Starbucks scale. 😅 The reason for the good rating: free level 2 EV charging in front of the store AND the employees were very pleasant and helpful. Other locations, not so much.

Sat in the drive through and listened to the manager (Maddie) scold and berate her staff for not knowing how to make a drink. Starbucks do better, give your managers leadership training or promote decent human beings who would never be ok treating people like this.

I am a loyal customer and I come through the drive through everyday and spend a great deal of money and normally I get great customer service from all the ladies. Anyway my son was crying in the car so I swung through and asked for a cup of warm water to make a bottle. Alec would not give me a cup of warm water- not even to purchase. He said it was against policy and that I had to purchase something to get the cup of water. I did end up buying a bottled water simply because my son needed a bottle. Alec should not be the face of the company! Even if it is Starbucks policy to not give out a free cup of water his delivery was very poor and rude. I do not recommend stopping in if he’s the one at the window. Do better Alec!!!

I've been going here for 2 years or so and have never had a problem. As a matter of fact, I feel sorry for the baristas in the morning when the sun rises it's right in their face. Management? They need some sunglasses. Just saying.
The staff is friendly. The eats are delicious and the atmosphere is terrific. Little story: I was having quite the bad day, got my Starbucks drink and found out it had a little smiley face on the cup. Don't know why it improved my spirits but it did. Whomever did that, thank you!

There is a barista here, young, white with blonde hair. She is SO RUDE. She had the worst attitude while I was trying to order, so when I got to the window I asked if she was the one taking orders. She replies, “YEAH WHY DOES IT MATTER?” I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. She purposely didn’t give me a receipt either when I asked and she “forgot” my food. I had to wave down another worker to get it for me, who was way friendlier.

I am so bummed about my drink. Decided to spoil myself and have always looked forward to Starbucks matcha. It was not good even a little bit. I mentioned it to the gal and she just said oh yeah we changed the recipe and walked away. Bummer.

We've been coming here for years. Great baristas. Fun to talk with. Always go the extra mile. These are the people that got us into the habit of going to Starbucks. Great experience at the end of the day!
