Morning staff not so great, though afternoon staff are awesome. Though they have been known to disrespect my son regularly by questioning his origins. They have told me flat-out he is not my son which hurts my feelings. Finally, I hate the fact they raise prices because I have to pay the workers pay raises.

This review is being made in the hope that the Barista working at this location at the drive up window on 8/6/23 at 7AM reads this.The first rule at running a successful cafe is knowing what you are serving, which I'd say most of the time involves coffee. I'd also suspect that patrons arriving early in the morning between the hours of 6AM - 8AM are going to want to drink something with coffee or espresso in it. Next, Starbucks is not the same thing as Dutch brothers. If I wanted a desert beverage I would go there but instead I go to Starbucks because it's a COFFEEhouse. Per Wikipedia, "Starbucks is an American multinational chain of coffeehouses". Thus when I order a vanilla Frappuccino I expect to get a blended ice COFFEE not what I received which I had to lookup on Starbucks website to determine what it was. Going forward please take note that most people expect a coffee Frappuccino not a "vanilla cream bean" Frappuccino which is what you gave me.

They make atrocious mochas. I had to have them make it 3 times before i just got a refund. I am not picky at all every other coffee stand makes them just fine, but not starbucks.

Espresso Machines are down, I know it’s not their fault, but we ordered a brewed coffee with cream and a ham and cheese croissant, the coffee was lukewarm, so we asked them to microwave it.They said because of “company policy” they couldn’t put it in the microwave, they could remake it.(It would have been the same temperature.)Too bad “company policy” doesn’t let them think on their own and make the customer happy, however, that may be.The guy was also sarcastically happy to refund our money.
