Ordered VENTI iced drink, this is how it came (paid for venti, got grande). Asked cashier, he said we asked for no ice, so instead we get air. NEVER had this when we asked for no ice. WEIRD.
Has to be the worst Starbucks around. How hard is it to make a simple Americano and get it to someone that took the time to walk in. They did not even acknowledge me as I stood there waiting to place my order then handed it to some greasy human that walked in off the street after me.
