If you’re a regular, they know your name!
This store was very nice- an awesome location and definitely set up for an area that has a number of students, since is right down the road from a college.
The lighting and overall feel was great. My only issue that I had, and mind I have worked in a couple of very busy coffee shops myself and know how following steps to prepare a drink and making sure that you are completing the requests if the clients can be, but the customer service felt very scripted and never had...read full review
