ordered a blended drink & a lemonade. Wasn’t the drink I ordered. No problem. The drink came yellow. The same color as my lemonade. The drink is usually clear with puree just lining the cup. There was no puree in the cup either. By the time it reached us it was already half melted. My bf took it back to the counter and showed them the phone and that it wasn’t what we ordered. They said yah it was and sent him away. So I took the drink up and again showed them it wasn’t Correct and they said that’s just what it looks like. I said so it’s normal to not give the Drink they ordered And for it to be half melted? He said that’s just the way they usually come. I asked if I could get the correct drink with the strawberry purée because my drink didn’t have any. He dumped the melted, drink in a blender, dumped some purée in it, swish it around, dumped it back in a cup and tried to hand it back to me. A girl came up and remade it. A clear blended drink. No yellow. With puree around the cup. And not over half melted. But we were told we were wrong 4 times. As someone who worked at Starbucks I knew this wasn’t the correct drink or how it should’ve came. The customer service was awful from the guy. Ty for the girl who came in and fixed it. For a 7$ drink, I’d just like the one I ordered.

Also I was really sad to see that their grilled cheese are so small here . I usually order at a different location. For an almost 7 dollar sandwich you think it would be bigger than the palm of my hand. The bread is pretty big at the other location. Was kinda sad.

The customer service made Me want to just ask for a refund and leave.

The last 2 times I’ve come here, I’ve ordered an iced matcha latte with cold foam. That’s all. Both times I had the rudest woman help me, same woman both times. I order mobile on my phone as well, there was no interaction where I could’ve upset her with me order.
This time she didn’t even mix the matcha and I had clumps of match coming out the top and all over. Spending 8$ on a drink to not even have it mixed is ridiculous and if she is so miserable she shouldn’t work there.

When did Starbucks stop being Starbucks? I came in at 7:50 pm, location closes at 9 pm. I tried to order 5 venti Pike's. Then I was told that they only serve Americano style this time of night. After 5 min back and forth and Starbucks telling me that this is how we are now. We finally settled on a pour over.

It appears that due to them wanting to pre-close and only having 5 employees and a manager on duty, it was too much trouble to simply press "Brew". In the time I was here one car came through drive and we were alone in dining.

It took 25 minutes to serve the 5 of us "Pour over Pike" coffees.
The employees did have smiles on their faces most of the time. But, come on Starbucks, if you don't want to serve coffee all the time you open, then please change your name to something else.

I have been a customer since 2005, and have grown to count on getting coffee that satisfies, in a timely manner without having to convince your employees to serve a coffee 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to closing.

Coffee was really good, please review your procedures. Starbucks should still be Starbucks.

Used to go for the cold brew. One day I ordered and there was no sweet foam on it as usual. I let it slide that time, but it's kind of a big part of the drink. Next time I came i had to ask them to put it on. They made me feel like I forgot what I usually order or something. Then they told me it was $1.20 more to put the foam on now. I almost left. But I needed coffee. That was last time I go to Starbucks. Can't budget another $1.20 a day for foam. Rediculous.

I don't come to Starbucks often. I was given a gift card so I thought I would get a little treat. I ordered a flat white in a large size and asked for a stevia packet. When I got to work, I opened the cup and found 2" of foam on top. I couldn't even mix the sweetener in because there was so much foam! I feel like I definitely over paid.

Going into the Starbucks is more than just the coffee. It's more than just the customer service. It's an experience of kindness that I've never experienced before; Victor and my interaction was only a few minutes, but his kindness and genuine interest was day changing for the better. I work remote and spent the day here on 8/14/2024 - Starbucks it always a great place to work from, but gosh, the man that helped me went above and beyond!

My pet was being seen at the nearby emergency pet hospital and I was here nervously working and waiting. Victor was kind, attentive, and went out of his way to show me human care and empathy. He brought my food to my table, connected with me about what was happening with my pet, and reassured me during an emotional time. I was there much longer than expected waiting to hear back from the hospital and he offered me water, continued to show me kindness when it was not something required of him.

Completely unexpected and it made my day so much better. This was no isolated experience - I saw how he treated other customers as well and he is consistently inquisitive, kind, caring, patient, and provides excellent, above and beyond customer service.

Victor is a treasure and deserves a raise! I don’t write reviews often, but this experience was so out of the ordinary that it called for a shout out.

Victor, if you see this review - thank you from the bottom of my heart. I appreciated your kindness so very much and I hope life is forever kind to you as you are to everyone you serve.
