Nice place to study and hangout with friends. But unfortunately, One thing I noticed is that the sanitation rules are not followed 100%. I just saw one the baristas making a coffee after cleaning a floor with a broom with out washing his hands in between changing tasks. In an ideal situation you expect them to wash their hands after using the broom, before making a coffee for you. But this doesn’t take away the fact that the baristas here, are pretty friendly and welcoming.

I think Starbucks has become so greedy. I tried to get a complimentary drink for birthday a day ahead and I wasn’t able too. I think it’s pathetic how Starbucks charges $7 bucks for a drink and can’t even let somebody get a complimentary drink a day before. It used to be that you had a month to use it.

We had the pleasure of stopping by this amazing Starbucks location!! Visiting from Hawaii on our first ever, girls trip, we were pleasantly assisted by Mikela! She was so helpful, pleasant and genuine. She definitely has the aloha spirit in her, as did EVERYONE working this morning! Thank you for adding an amazing start to our morning🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺

This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been in the USA or Australia for friendly staff and for ambience and temperature of the AC! Both times I went here the staff were so friendly and nice AND congratulations to this Starbucks for having a normal temperature instead of freezing the customers like the other Starbucks! Best Starbucks ever !

I am a doordash driver and I have to say the customer service here is perfect. I've felt with some other businesses n that have treated delivery drivers very poorly and the barista I spoke to was very friendly and acted immediately. I used the restroom and there was a mess that needed cleaning I informed her and she took care of it right away. Which is different compared to other businesses I've been to. As well the order was already ready for me to pick up. Thanks for being a good place for Doordash and other delivery drivers!
Service, cookie and coffee were good at the Starbucks on the corner of Ruby and E. Sharpe in Spokane, WA. Sadly, the store was uncomfortably loud. The speakers vibrated so much all I could hear was bass. It was like sitting in my car at a stoplight and the car next to me had its stereo so loud I could feel the distorted pounding beat. I attempted to read a book and enjoy my coffee by putting my fingers in my ears, but could feel the beat of the bass in my chest. Very unpleasant.

Tried the iced lavender cream matcha today, I am not usually a matcha fan but I do love lavender! I probably won't order that drink again but I had to try it✌️I do have to say the staff was very nice and welcoming when I and everyone else walked into the store. I will come back to this store again just because the staff was so nice.

ordered a blended drink & a lemonade. Wasn’t the drink I ordered. No problem. The drink came yellow. The same color as my lemonade. The drink is usually clear with puree just lining the cup. There was no puree in the cup either. By the time it reached us it was already half melted. My bf took it back to the counter and showed them the phone and that it wasn’t what we ordered. They said yah it was and sent him away. So I took the drink up and again showed them it wasn’t Correct and they said that’s just what it looks like. I said so it’s normal to not give the Drink they ordered And for it to be half melted? He said that’s just the way they usually come. I asked if I could get the correct drink with the strawberry purée because my drink didn’t have any. He dumped the melted, drink in a blender, dumped some purée in it, swish it around, dumped it back in a cup and tried to hand it back to me. A girl came up and remade it. A clear blended drink. No yellow. With puree around the cup. And not over half melted. But we were told we were wrong 4 times. As someone who worked at Starbucks I knew this wasn’t the correct drink or how it should’ve came. The customer service was awful from the guy. Ty for the girl who came in and fixed it. For a 7$ drink, I’d just like the one I ordered.
Also I was really sad to see that their grilled cheese are so small here . I usually order at a different location. For an almost 7 dollar sandwich you think it would be bigger than the palm of my hand. The bread is pretty big at the other location. Was kinda sad.
The customer service made Me want to just ask for a refund and leave.
