This is one of the closest coffee shops to me and being in Safeway, it’s convenient. But it’s far from worth it to stop here! Good service and smiles are completely non existent. The girls lack customer service, are not personable and the overall vibe is unpleasant as if its an inconvenience. Starbucks drinks are so overpriced as it is, but they are very very inconsistent here, and they rush through making drinks without a care to detail. This location lacks quality entirely. I typically pick my daughter up a Matcha and just today, her drink was $8 and was SOO grainy and gross she couldn't even drink it!! It’s really disappointing. Ive stopped in there enough and dealt with this multiple times and we wont be ordering here anymore, no matter how convenient.

No consistency in the way drinks are made or priced. Every time I get an iced matcha it’s different, the cold foam isn’t made right at all and I get charged differently every time. It’s convenient location is the only reason I stop by, it’s right by my house otherwise I would much rather go to an actual standalone Starbucks location.

Aspen was a great barista and very respectful. She had lots of patience when i was having some card difficulties. She remained professional throughout the confusing process. Its workers like these that are very rare to find and give the whole community a great experience.

On 7/14 - Paige is a miserable excuse for a barista. She's ALWAYS in a condescending, argumentative mood. Every time I get a coffee there she always has something to argue with me about. This time she said the carmel ribbon crunch frappachino does not come with carmel on the top of the whip but the picture on the menu clearly shows that it does, so I had to ask for carmel to be put on my Frappuccino & she was angry about it & kept mocking anything I'd say. She is not a nice person!
