Went there with a group of around 10-12 friends, including elderly, and a blind veteran. We all purchased drinks and food, and shortly after, we were told we had to leave and go outside because we were disrupting the other customers. Aside from our group, there were two other people there. We were not disturbing anyone and we weren't loud. We are very disappointed in how we were treated and won't be going back.

Ozzie was very sweet and helpful. Had such a warm welcome and even helped me to grab a bandaid. He asked about my bike and made really nice small talk. Such a simple act of kindness really made me day. Also not sure what barista made my drink but he did such a great job! :)

The Starbucks isn't a perfect location coming in from Bonners ferry or if you're coming out of Sandpoint just passing through ponderay right on the corner or close to Walmart it's kind of a no-brainer kick off your day or just something to sip on while you're going on absolutely gorgeous drive up here in North Idaho great personalities fun type of environment that actually get your coffee right at least 99% of the time and they care about what you drink if you're in the area pop in get yourself a scone a piece of banana bread breakfast sandwich but most of all a great cup of coffee and the dogs absolutely love pop cups I got three and they see them all the time if you get the chance stop by you won't be sorry
Dietary restrictions: They have low fat no fat decaf six pack no just kidding lol if you tell him what you need they'll be glad to help get you the best cup of coffee with whatever allergies or restrictions you have

There are only 4 stars for the atmosphere because we have to stay outside with our therapy dog, and it was cold today. Starbucks isn't in charge of the weather. The team was friendly as always.

Normally love this place and the staff but the red headed girl working there this evening was really odd. I know they had ten minutes left before closing, but the gal literally started sweeping right below my feet under the table. There were plenty of empty tables she could’ve started with first. If she wanted me out she could’ve gently reminded me they close in 10 minutes.. not start pulling the chairs at my table out and dusting right under me. Pretty rude if you ask me.
