Our daily routine is coming into this location drive thru and order nearly the same items daily Atleast 6 days a week. Today Beth was at the window, awful experience absolutely the worst customer service given. Paid with $100 bill which in 2025 that’s about the equivalent to a $20 bill. Order came to $30 approx. she refused to take our $100 Because she stated they were “too busy” we explained that’s how we were paying our food and drinks in front of us at the window she asked numerous times then asked apparently management to break the $100, they agreed my wife asked her to scan her Starbucks app and Beth explained oh it’s far too late for that. Cashed us out handed out change then TOLD us not to pay with $100 bills anymore.

Breaking it down $30 a day 6 days $180 a week
$180 a week x 4 ($720 a month) & $720 a month x12 ($8640 for a year.) lost because you have an employee with such poor customer service & poor employee training explaining the company needs every dollar no matter spending the extra 2 minutes to figure it out.

We will not return to this location specifically because of Beth.

Grace or Ben at this location would have never handled this situation in the way Beth did.

Will absolutely never be back to this Starbucks and highly suggest driving up the road to the one by Rosauers before going here. This store is known for messing up orders, and I do tend to let it slide as it’s close to my house but after how I was treated this morning I will never ever be back. Let me start out by saying I’m 37 weeks pregnant, i don’t have the time or bandwidth to be treated so poorly and I left here nearly in tears. I ordered breakfast for my whole household, it was $50 and some change. One of the drinks I ordered with extra strawberry cold foam on the side in a separate cup. When I got the drinks there was cold foam on top of the drink itself and a tiny bit in a cup on the side. I explained to the barista that it was all supposed to be in a cup on the side, to which she decided to tell me I was wrong and that they “just put the extra on the side” no, that’s not how I ordered it but no big deal if you misunderstood, I just needed it the way I ordered. She then proceeds to roll her eyes at me, and tell me they can “scrape it off” now that really wouldn’t work, firstly it’s mixed partially with the drink and Ice and you don’t know why I ordered it that way, is there a specific reason? Sure is! Should I have to explain that, no I shoukd not. Isn’t there a “barista promise” where if a drink is wrong or not how you like they’ll remake it? So why am o being treated like I did something wrong and getting loud sighs and eye rolls? I asked her if she could just remake it, stating the person it’s going to would not like it “just scraped off” and she rolled her eyes and grabbed the drink out of the carrier. In doing so in such a pissed off manner it caused one of my other drinks to spill all over my car, to which I said nothing, I was too astonished and upset by how I was being treated. They remake my drink and hand it to me and proceed to shut the window, but what is missing is the extra strawberry cold foam on the side, that I paid for! I asked if I could get that as well, as the cup I currently had has a very small amount of cold foam in it. She rolls her eyes again and tells me “the best we can do is give you what we have left” wow…. So you made a mistake and the correction for your mistake that I’m getting is “the best we can do” wow. I say ok. They grab the cup, put some foam in it and basically throw it at me. No thank you have a good day, just shove it at me and slam the window, clearly pissed off. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a customer service place, especially when the mistake was on them and I was nothing but patient and polite in waiting for a remedy. Even the manager in the background was acting like I did something. And to top off an already horrible experience, when going through the food items I ordered, I realize there is no sriracha that I ordered. I wouldn’t dare go back through that line after how I was treated, so I’m stuck without. Unbelievably unprofessional and rude experience and I will never return to this location. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. Not worth the convenience, go across the street or up the road.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks with the nicest crew. Very disappointing the last few months. Drinks are often wrong and they always give half frozen in the middle breakfast sandwiches. They leave them in the heater a few seconds. Yuck

Employees wouldn't make me a Trenta, Iced, Half-caf, Decaf, 7-shot, Quad Blonde Espresso, Ristretto, Double Blended, upside down, with extra caramel drizzle, 5-pumps hazelnut, 4-pumps vanilla, 6-pumps sugar-free cinnamon dolce, 3-pumps classic syrup, 2-pumps raspberry, extra caramel syrup, 3-pumps white mocha, 2-pumps toffee nut, 1-pump peppermint, 1 scoop of Java chips, with light almond milk, topped with soy foam, but with heavy cream for the cold foam, shaken with two ice cubes, extra hot, with a light splash of oat milk, one pump chai concentrate, no water, double-cupped, but served in a Stanley cup (that I brought in), topped with a half scoop of matcha powder, a sprinkle of cinnamon dolce topping, 4 packets of Splenda, 2 stevia, a dash of nutmeg, whipped cream on one half, cold foam on the other half, 2% milk on the side, extra shot of espresso on the side, stirred twice clockwise and once counterclockwise, with exactly 10 ice cubes, no more, no less, caramel drizzle.

I honestly expected better from a company like Starbucks. I went in with a completely reasonable order only to be rudely they wouldn't make it. I ordered a cookie and it was pretty good though
