Sandy and all of the rest of the team at the Shadle Starbucks are the best! Honestly, I should have come and left this great review for them years ago. I have been frequenting this location at least once a week for the last 12 years and each time we enter they know my family, what we usually drink and they treat us like long time friends. Thanks to this team for being extra nice to my daughter since she was 5 and never getting frustrated even when it took her some time to order when she was small. This team is the best, thank you all!!

my drink is $7 and every time I go to this location before they hand it out to me it's always 3/4 of the way full with about 3 inches of space... atleast fill the rest up with ice. There has to be something wrong with you guys because no other location gives me a half empty drink.

The workers here are the best reason to visit. Katie is a breath of fresh air and brings a good vibe. I only hope Starbucks is smart enough to let this team just own their store cause this Is where the quality bar for experience should be.

Im a loyal Starbucks girly, I probably spend waaaay to much money and I've been a regular at a couple different locations in the spokane area, ive been using this wellesley location as my go to as it is on my way to work for a while now, I really do like the people they have all been kind and even when they're busy in the AM they are quick and efficient. Here's the thing, I mostly do mobile orders as it's easier for me and I don't have to talk as much. I always try to get my order in as early as I can on my drive. sometimes, Life happens, I'll forget until I'm almost there etc etc. What I've found kinda bizarre is the weird comments one of the workers will make if I don't get my order In early enough, as someone who mobile orders I'm not expecting my order to be ready right when I pull up, I'm okay with waiting, I accept there may be a wait time and im 1000% fine with that. I think most reasonable people would be okay with a bit of a wait whether they pull right up and order 6 drinks or mobile order 2. I probably won't return here just cuz I feel a bit awkward now, like I'm not trying to be made to feel guilty cuz I mobile order. 😅

I'm getting really tired of not getting all the food on the foods I ordered.. I understand that the food is made elsewhere, but it's still Starbucks partner.. get your stuff correct of just stop and stick to coffee..

Horrible experience, order was made wrong and was told that the reason was because my phone made the drink look different, but I ordered a drink without coffee and got coffee. I was offered a remake, but only after being told I didn’t know what the drink was supposed to be and if I even knew what I ordered. Felt very looked down upon and treated like my order was very unimportant.

$13 worth of drinks made completely wrong…mocha had no mocha but had peppermint…pumpkin latte tasted like day-old coffee with no flavor…last time at this location for sure!
Nope never again they got my order wrong and my coffee tasted terrible plenty of other places to go that won’t mess up this bad over priced and under appreciated
