Inconsistent in what they offer to customers. I always get my son a tall cup half full of cold foam. I get it for him multiple times a week and this rude ass supervisor Decided she wanted power trip this morning and tell me that I can’t order it and they’ll give it to me this time but not half full. lol. Then she felt it necessary to come to the window and tell me I’m lucky that they let me order it and that she is a supervisor and she knows. Not to mention the drink she made me was literally terrible and not what I asked for. She had a major attitude and I feel bad for people who gave to work under her, I can only imagine the amount of micromanaging she does when she felt it necessary to piser trip over cold foam which again, I order multiple times a week. I will absolutely never go back to this location

When I order a Dink at any other Starbucks they ask for my name so they can tell us when it’s ready I was waiting and all that time staff here just left it in the corner and wasn’t till later when a nice girl brought it to me. Poor service

Baristas were nice. The WiFi here is terrible. Not your typical Starbucks location, only gas station open Wifi.
I really liked the workers here That didn't judgee, they were polite, and curtious and very helpful. I will go back again so right now A+ for Starbucks on maple and 3rd as area. (I'm homeless too and they still treated me with dignity and respect)
Vegetarian options: The coffee menu always changes for seasonal drinks so I do like that I got my friend a strawberry or raspberry mocha I think and I got some cinnamon type drink. But the coffee is extremely good and Hopefully if I get my own place soon I can definitely get there coffee and grinding and make my own espresso on my kitchen before I go. So stoked :)
Dietary restrictions: Yes if lactose most espresso places and accommodate other milks I like almond or soy myself but no matter what it's good
Parking: I think outside dining if I can remember correctly. I could be wrong but I'll update it later when I walk by it if I am.
Kid-friendliness: Yes very much and appropriate as well

I'm only giving 1 star because my order was correct. This place times you on how long you are in the bathroom. So basically if you need to do #2, and use the restroom for aprox 7 min, you will get a knock on the door "saying it's time to come out". I found out later that it was the manager who did that. I understand this place has a lot of vagrants that prob come in and abuse the place, but im not one of those people. Rude and extremely unprofessional. If you're that phobic about vagrants coming into your establishment, then maybe you need to switch locations or just have a drive thru. ?♀️ I won't be back to this location. Also, they need to fix the drive through speaker- came through last week and literally had to repeat my order 5 times before the barista understood what I wanted.. and I literally get the same order at every Starbucks. I don't spend $10 dollars on a drink to be harassed in the bathroom, or to have to repeat myself several times in the drive through.

There was a young lady working the window at 11-12 Sunday morning and I think she was also working the drive thru speaker I came through once and got myself a coffee and a pup cup, after I got home I walked my dog and he spilt it everywhere, so I had to go get a new one and when I got to the window she noticed I was back, I told her what happened and she gave it to me for free! As a pregnant woman I am moody and honestly was upset that I had to come back but after she was so kind it totally brightened my day back up! This is what makes me wanna keep coming back to places! That young lady deserves a raise!
Service was great! Drinks were spot on. Very clean and staff was super nice. Met for a meeting and loved it!
