The worst service I have ever received from a Starbucks barista. I have asked for some modifiers with my coffee and I paid for the modifiers, The barista ignored it and her response was unwelcoming when I asked. Bought a cup of frappe to correct my mood. Ended up making it worse. Not going to order from this location ever again. In cafe and hospitality industry, good costumer service delivered via the barista is important factor in keeping and attracting customers.
