I stopped by Starbucks at Safeway in the 29th South Hill. I was looking for a Washington Discovery Series mug. Laura was the barista. I asked her for the mug. She took notes on my name and phone number. She said she will get the mug on Tuesday and place a hold for me. I showed up today and Teinya was the barista. I asked for the mug and it was there! Laura saved it for me. Laura & Teinya were so sweet making my day. The Discovery Series mugs are brand new in Starbucks and hard to find. Everybody wants them. I thank both Laura & Teinya for their great service. You rock! 5 stars for the girls. Happy Spring.

I have paid for extra shots in my shaken espresso for months now just to find out I was paying for an extra shot when I wasn't given the shot. I asked the cashier Cassie 3x how many shots go into the shaken espresso and she has lied every time. Today I had enough and told her what the app says and what every barista says that it's 4 shots not 5 and she threw a fit about it. I will not be buying my Starbucks here anymore.

Went shopping at 3pm tried to get coffee seen they close at 4pm. Stood there for a few min tired to order and she told us she was closed. Brought up thought they closed at 4 she told us that it’s just her and two other customers wanting stuff. If you don’t want to do your job then don’t go to work. Find something else.

I actually like Safeway...have shopped there for years but this pic is becoming the norm at this store. Thats 10 am on a Wednesday. Shelves are consistently bare. I was there last week and the store had corporate visitors. The store was impeccably stocked and merchandised beautifully in every department. Today it looked like this. Again.
