I paid for a custom drink. i like me drink to be specific. Total came up to $7.30 plus tax. I paid additional $1.25 to have my espresso topped off with sweet vanila cream and the barista refused to fill it to the top. starbucks used to not charge for these custom and some people abused it- so i get it but now if i dont mind to pay extras- why do you refuse to top it off ?

Staff is not friendly, seemed irritated that I walked up and asked for drinks.The cashier didn’t know my drink and then was irritated that they had to ask more questions about it.I asked for four honey packets but was given 4 pumps of honey syrup.I tossed my drink in the trash. No way was going to ask them to remake it. I just won’t be back.
