I swear this Starbucks every single time I have ever went just does the worst job at making coffee. All the workers have attitudes, are not accommodating, and don’t even know how to make a drink properly. I get the same drink EVERYTIME I go and yet it taste different every single damn time. Save yourself a trip because I promise you will be disappointed if you stop.

painfully obvious to me and many others that management is in process of closing the nw Blvd. store! customer service is lacking shelves empty . I've been going to this store for over 30 years
it is truly pathetic! one checker and customers blocking the aisle waiting for the 1 checker - I've stood in line up to 20 minutes. truly pathetic!!

I was in a crunch. I had forgotten the food for a staffing over the long Christmas break. Safe was close so I went to deli and explained the situation. Honestly I didn’t expect much more then a “ that sucks” what I got was so much more. Patty and her partner (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) went above and beyond to make me look like a rock star. I waited about ten minutes and they had me HOOKED UP!!! And yes I was the hero for staff food that day!!! Thank you so much!!!

Bad customer service! Likely never coming here again. There is clearly nothing indicating where the line starts and ends. They helped four people before me when I got there before then. The workers clearly saw me waiting and standing there for about 10 minutes! Sorry not sorry

Got my order wrong. I had to repeat my order 3 times and I wanted to buy a cup as well. She didn't put the cup on and when i asked she said they don't sell those right now. Over all wasn't happy.

Am about done with your store. Will go out of my way to shop elsewhere. Stopped to grab some groceries at 11:30 this morning, only one lane open (had 12 items, no 15 or less open). I do not work there, so I do not use the self service option, would consider if you give me a discount, but, this is totally unacceptable. After standing in line behind someone who had a very full cart, and then 3 others (2 of which had under 15 items) did they open the 15 & under lane. I don't think I should have to go out of my way to shop, but will. Totally unacceptable....
