The peppermint mochas we got here were horrible. They tasted watered-down with no chocolate flavor at all. We also ordered breakfast sandwiches that were dry and didn't get the sriracha sauce we asked for. Luckily, we were just passing through so we're not likely to go here ever again.

The baristas are so nice. I go there a lot and have never had a bad experience even when they are very busy. Though today I did witness a customer harass these 2 baristas I believe were called Cayte and Angel. It was so shocking to see since they tried to help the lady out, but she refused and even forced them to write their names down. But it was nice to see how the batista kept her cool and stayed very nice to that rude lady. I know if it was me, I would have flipped out on her for being so insanely rude like that.

Super friendly and fast. Asked about my day and my job and even offered me a drink that they had extra I don’t usually go to Starbucks, so I was amazed at how great the service was.

I ordered a new Christmas drink and the new barista mixed two drink recipes together to make an unconsumed disaster. I drove home before realizing and couldn't drive back so I called and the manager was completely unhelpful and extremely rude. They are shoved in the corner of a Fred Meyer and they've removed all tables and chairs. There is no where to sit or put anything down while you wait.

Inez made my Thor, Fred meyer -starbucks visit horrible. Her attitude towards me & my extra caramel Frappuccino was unacceptable. She made me feel like I was putting her out for ordering it. I'm so done with the negative, bad attitude barista's. ?

I really wish I had caught the lovely girls name today. Something was out, but not on the app. She made sure I was taken care of, and her customer service was steller! (I picked up around 12:20pm, would love if she got even a nice compliment)

This one is not actually owned by Starbucks, according to the person I spoke to on the corporate phone number. They can sell gift cards but they have trouble doing things like loading e-cards. If you're really into Starbucks and sugary drinks it's probably nice that you can get one while you're doing your shopping, I guess.
It's four bucks and don't forget the tip, oh wait you don't have to it's automatic now! ???
