First time I ate from here I had ordered through an app and was absolutely hooked! I was born and raised in NY where they have a deli on almost every corner for a good sandwich- but outside of NY it’s so hard to find a good sandwich place. So when I found this one I knew I had to get more. I finally got my hubby to try them and now he’s hooked too! Also when we pulled up and saw the slogan “Just like back East” it all clicked ? there’s nothing crazy or fancy about these sandwiches just simple, plain and delicious l- every time! Also the softest bread! Totally recommend should you be craving a sandwich!
Parking: It’s a small lot, however the amount of time being in and out of the shop I highly doubt having to many issues finding parking- unless maybe during a lunch rush? But in the few times I’ve been there there was many open spaces
Wheelchair accessibility: I’m not handicapped but it very much seemed to me (a novice for sure) that someone in a wheelchair would have no problem accessing the building

There wasn't much meat on the sandwich and the meat was flavorless and gross. The guy behind counter didn't seem to happy. My bun was soggy from too much oil vinegar. I remember when this place was good. Too bad

I am a sucker for a good sandwich. Sub-Division did not disappoint. Everything was so fresh. I ordered 2 half sandwiches and they were stacked high with all the fixings. They do oil and vinegar instead of mustard and mayo. The bread was perfect; dense, but pillowy soft on the inside with a slight crisp on the outside. Large variety of chips to choose from. They had Coke fountain products and a fridge with bottled drinks. AND we even got the most perfect chocolate chocolate chip cookie ever with our meal. The staff was cordial and got straight to completing our order. MMMMM, sandwiches.
Vegetarian options: Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, provolone, swiss, american, pepperjack, avocado, sauerkraut, pepperoncinis, and tuna
Parking: Tight parking lot, but didn't have a problem finding a spot.
Kid-friendliness: They have a menu, but you can get whatever kind of sandwich you want with the ingredients they stock.

Go to Jimmy John's. It right around the corner. Better food way better price without the attitude problem.

Pleasantly surprised. Hadn't been here in a while. Thought prices would be outrageous like everyone else. I was wrong. It was affordable and good. Keep up the great work.
Sandwiches are always amazing!

Parking: The parking at SubDivision is a bit tight, but it's totally worth it.

I like the subs. Dude, man, making the sandwiches could be a little happier. They are busy when I'm there.

I honestly do not understand how this place is still in business. I bought a few subs from this place to bring back to work for some folks who just got done doing a big job, and I felt embarrassed when they were opened. I feel like Subway has more quality ingredients than this place. The sandwiches were just sad.

If you are from the East this place will bring you back!
I am from the Toronto area and have been living in British Columbia for 20 years. One of the foods I miss most from back home is a good old "assorted sub". Think deli meat, cheese, thin iceburg lettuce, cut on the slicer oil and vinegar.
This place DELIVERS, I have been unable to find anything like this anywhere in Western North America!
The service was amazing and the atmosphere is exactly what a sub shop should be!
Now if only I could find a pizza place that uses cup-and-char pepperoni and doesn't bury it's toppings under cheese!

I can say the sandwiches are amazing but the attitude of the person. Who owns this business was just awful when I walked in the look on his face was as if how dare you come in here (I'm black) I spoke and he didn't speak back I handed him my money and he snatched it out my hand ? then when giving me back my change he didn't hand it back he dropped it in my hand if you don't want black people in your establishment put up the sign no n****** allowed cause I'm sure that's what you want will not be eating there again
